My review is for the Vancouver north location I should add!the hairdryer popped the breaker and spark flew out of it and all power went out. They changed out our room but put us in one with used atop a by the phone and old blood splattered across the bathroom light area the guy at check out was very dismissive and slightly rude saying that this happens all the time?? Glad it didn't burn my face!

I want to complement one of your employees. Her name is Alexa and she is amazing. I am here for two weeks for my job and she has went out of her way since day one to help me and to help others. She has been kind courteous and very knowledgeable of the area. She is not only an asset to your company but I will come back and stay here because of her.
Alexa you are amazing and you did a good job. I am having one of my fellow employees come stay here instead of at the holiday in express because of the way you treated me.

We stayed here on a recent stay in Vancouver. Excellent rooms and comfortable bed. Staff and service was good. Breakfast was supplied and the usual Quality standard. Would recommend. Hard to do a left hand turn when exiting the premises.

My husband and I had just gotten into town, and saw this hotel right off the highway. We almost didn't stop, because we have found "right off the highway" hotels are of less quality, not in this case! It had a hot tub and pool that looked clean, so we stayed. Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Every staff member was friendly, but the front desk clerk, Ian, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We thought Ian was the manager at first, he was so helpful and knowledgeable, he humbly corrected us. He was personable, friendly and didn't mind answering our many questions about the area. We noticed Ian really guards this hotel at night, watching the cameras. We saw him tell a vagrant hanging in the parking lot to leave one night as we were coming in late from dancing and drinking. We felt really safe! We remember him so vividly because he spoke German, my husbands native language! Also, we are night owls and early risers,(we only sleep 4-6 hrs per night), so we dealt with Ian, (who works night shift), often during our 3 day stay. We have traveled back and forth across America many, many times on business and we actually felt at home here!

The hot tub and pool were spotlessly clean, as was our room. The breakfast bar Ian put out every morning was quite a spread for a free breakfast! The best we have had in this price range hotel. Truly one of the best, most enjoyable stays we have ever had in a hotel, absolutely no complaints. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! We loved our stay, and plan to return to this particular Quality Inn whenever we are in the area.

We had a surprisingly positive experience at the Quality Inn. Although the hotel is on a main road, our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The young lady at the reception was friendly, extremely helpful when we had a special request and was a pleasure to interact with. All in all, a fine place to stay and a great value as well.

Small lot but there is a grocery store on the back side with a bigger lot. I would call and ask.
