The Heathman lodge was great. At first the check-in was a little rough our rooms were not ready and it was a little confusing. After that our stay was comfortable the lodge was really had a warm feeling about it. the staff was friendly and helpful. The lodge was a great location for access to hwy 205 and shopping

We had an absolutely wonderful visit to the heathman lodge. The entire staff was friendly, dinner was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. We had got there and went to the room and was surprised to see a bottle of champagne with balloons and a chocolate bar. There were rose petals...

I stayed at the Heathman during a business trip a few years ago. So, because my husband and I are moving to Vancouver and needed somewhere to stay for a few nights while we looked at homes, I suggested we stay here. We both really enjoyed it! The only drawback was we could sometimes hear the person in the neighboring...

Needed a place to stay a couple of nights at the end of a work trip to the Portland area, and found this hotel online at last minute. Was very affordable, comparable to any chain hotel/motel in area, and much more unique and pleasant. Has a very classic Northwest lodge ambiance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of nice...

I give this hotel an A+++++! We just returned home from a five-day/four-night stay, and it was just simply glorious. They found out that we were in the area to have my elderly father re-marry us (he is a retired minister), since he could not make our wedding in Colorado, and the incredible staff decided to upgrade us to the...

I stayed at the Heathman Lodge and it was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I really liked the wood decor inside and the look of the place was from the frontier days, but with modern comfort like a gas fire place, but it looks like wood. The rooms were large and comfortable with a nice view because...

I stayed here for three nights with two friends on a girl's trip. We loved the decor and feel of the building and rooms. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great beds, and a lovely restaurant/bar. We were unaware that we had a balcony, so that was a lovely surprise! The only disappointment was the lack of a complementary breakfast. Even...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our anniversary trip. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this hotel. The staff was super friendly, and very accommodating. When booking the hotel, they asked my husband if we were celebrating any special event. He said it was our wedding anniversary, and left it at that. No...

The lodge itself is sturdily built, using half of a forest as the base. Nice check in staff and I whisked up to my room to the recorded sounds of birds chirping. (A note of caution: I had to cover my face with my scarf because the pretty smell they keep in the hallways and rooms; it bothers my asthma.)...
