This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review so that some unsuspecting soul would not be blindsided. I booked the inn because it was walking distance to Brigham n Women's Hospital where my husband was having surgery. PLEASE NOTE: The Longwood Inn is more like a Hostel/Boarding House with private bathrooms and there is...

We stayed here because we wanted to stay at a place that we could easily walk to Fenway. The Longwood Inn turned out to not only just be a good value near Fenway; our room was like an apartment, it was huge and very comfy, the BEST value for any lodging near Fenway and free parking. Staff was exceedingly helpful...

Recently spent the night in Boston at the Longwood Inn. The room and bathroom were very clean. The queen bed was super comfortable. The real reason why I am writing this Is the over the top service I received from the housekeeping staff. When I checked out, and I was driving home I realized that I left my expensive down...

This is an old-fashioned hotel near Coolidge Corner in Brookline, MA. Our son lives nearby and we have tried two other lodging options before staying here. We thought it a perfect location and lodging stay for our needs. It's an old-fashioned hotel with small room, comfortable bed and good amenities. Location an easy walk to Coolidge Corner & Beacon St...

In town with mom for some appointments at one of the nearby hospitals. The hotel where we usually stay was booked. Came upon this inn and decided to call. The only room available was the apartment. So glad we stayed here! Our own very clean and comfortable kitchen and living room along with the private entrance took away the stress...

The basic rule is that you get what you pay for. I stayed here for a little over a week with a friend while we were exploring the Boston area. The location was really quite good. It was an easy walk to the Green T line, which took us right to most of the areas we wanted to explore. We...

Great location. We flew into Boston for business and decided to stay a night close to downtown for a quick trip into the city. Downtown rooms were pricey, so we took a gamble on this inexpensive property and I'm so glad we did! No, they don't serve breakfast, but there are so many restaurants within walking distance, who cares? We...

The Longwood Inn is in a great, convenient, safe area. It is affordable based on average Boston standards. The rooms are well appointed, the mattresses are super comfortable, there is a full kitchen and 2 refrigerators for guest use. Very easy to bring your own things for breakfast and also very easy to make your dinner in the evening, Like...

This was a very nice bed-and-breakfast. We stayed in the apartment and back very spacious loved our room. We walked from the bus system to the hotel. We also walked from the hotel to the bus station to go downtown Boston five minute walk each way. Trader Joe's at the end of the street was a nice grab some food...
