We stayed in the Beacon Inn for two nights. The room was clean and the staff most helpful. We had a chance to interact with two desk persons on duty: Chris and Martin. Both were super nice and extremely helpful! Definitely planning to stay here again.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! We made reservations but, because of our location and travel time we had to cancel due to lack of parking and your "curfew" rules to arrive by 8 pm. I was aghast at the "curfew", upon reading it in our printed confirmation. We live in Upstate NY and are looking at a 6 hour drive! So I... More

The desk person was very helpful in every aspect. The housekeeper who I met at coffee and whe was personable. More important the rooms were very very clean and thge baths were spot on I would recommended this spot for a couple or a single traveler, not a family.

A friend and I recently stayed at the Beacon Inn 1750. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was within walking distance to restaurants and the T line stop. Wonderful staff-an extra big thank you to Chris for being so helpful and friendly! it was fun to experience the feel of Old Boston!

We stayed here for a couples weekend away in the city. The hotel was off the beaten path, so if you are looking to stay right in the city, you may want somewhere more central as the Beacon Inn was several T stops away from Kenmore Square. The staff was very accommodating and there is limited off street parking available... More

Thank you for staying with us jmby101. We're happy you enjoyed your stay and found us comfortable and quiet. Many of our guests select our property as it is a more comfortable alternative than staying directly downtown and can have a different atmosphere allowing them to enjoy our lovely neighborhood. Please visit us again on your next trip to Boston. More

A lovely place to stay to get value for money, very friendly staff, 50 yards from a T line stop to get into central Boston. Good size clean room with two queen size beds. I would definitely stay again.

Upon entering Beacon Inn 1750, we were welcomed by the desk clerk, Chris. My sister and I had come to Boston to attend a wedding. Not knowing Boston, Chris was able to help us navigate how to get to our destination. Very helpful. He even carried our bags to our room as we are two senior citizens. The room was... More

My husband and daughter stayed here before touring Boston University. Room was comfortable, although it was a bit odd to be in a room that also served as the Emergency Exit for the building. Lobby is tiny. Overall a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

I have to say this was such a pleasant change from chain hotels. The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and home-like. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, particularly Martin. I was in Boston for work and stayed at the Beacon Inn 1750 for 3 weeks. When I let them know I would be leaving every morning prior to commencement of... More

My husband was having surgery at a nearby hospital and the staff could not have been any more accommodating to me from which location was more convenient for me, to help with the luggage, parking and flexible check-in/ luggage drop-off. Will definitely stay there again if he goes back to that hospital.
