stayed this past weekend. got an online price from Hotels at 133$ thats a good number BUT the fine print also stated 27.99 resort fee? PLUS 38 for parking? So....why not just give the total price instead of misleading the room price? Resort fee? I inquired about what it included? reply was wifi? what? no pool a small gym but who is going to use these things? Parking? come on. the hotel itself is very nice and recently remodeled. The lobby/bar/breakfast area is really nice and is as shown. the continental breakfast was good and plentiful. the room...i requested a king bed...was just a shell....just took out the second bed and left a hole n the middle of the room. Maybe a couple of chairs or something? There was no refregerator but I requested one and it came right away. Theres some construction going on in front of the hotel which makes it a little hard to find. The T stops right in front. The stop is St. Pauls on the green line. iIts about 20 minutes to reach downtown Boston and the North End. You dont need a car. There are a lot of places near the hotel to eat etc a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel but would like the pricing to be a little less complicated. All staff were great!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed two nights at this hotel. We were visiting several areas in. the greater Boston area and moving a bit from spot to spot. This hotel is modern, clean, and of tremendous value. The best value of any hotel that we stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had no complaints or concerns.

We went to Boston for an appointment at Dana Farber…so the location was acceptable in that the hospital was a 15-20 minute walk. There was construction ncing around the hotel entrance, so the place looked closed. There was no signage directing otherwise but a phone call to the front desk got us to the parking area under the hotel. Staff was gracious. We had a suite and there was no bedding for the pullout…this was resolved with a phone call. However, we had to use our own phone because the phone in the room was not working. The door that senates the bedroom from the living room area is glass, so it was difficult to keep a light on in either area without concern of bothering each other. The couch-side lamp only worked on one of the three settings and there was no hook on he bathroom door to hang wet towels, etc. the workout space was nice, but did not feel secure as no key was needed to get in. Our hotel door did not completely close, so we left it open unintentionally twice. In general, an ok experience and the staff was lovely. I would not return unless I could find no alternative at the price point, which was good.

Friendly staff went out of their way to make every accommodation available to us: from on-point recommendations for local food and drink; transportation suggestions and although we didn't need a late checkout--they did let us leave our bags there as we visited Boston University and the Gardner Museum during the last few hours of our amazing stay--soooo convenient. We walked more than 10 miles our first day there! Thanks y'all and hope to visit soon.

I cannot give enough praise to adequately express how attentive and caring the staff of this hotel was. From the moment I checked in and through every special circumstance that arose while visiting Brookline for a family emergency, the staff cared for me as if I were their family. Special thanks to Demetrius, Ally, Mohamed, Sam Steve, Josh and John for making a difficult trip much easier. After my long days of dealing with a family emergency, they made me feel like I was "home".
