Clean small room. Comfortable bed. No elevator. Stairs to second floor were large. Lobby and breakfast area was very small and cramped. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was courteous and well spoken. Would stay again.

Very nice facility. The room was attractive and clean. The beds were so comfortable. I really liked that the towels were so soft 😊. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The breakfast was nice -more than just bread and juice. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was good, accommodations were on par with the quality of hotel. Was in town for annual trade show, and this was nice and close, with plenty of food options in close proximity. Would recommend.

Room was clean and well furnished. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and iron/ironing board. The mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental fair with the exception of sausage patties and a waffle maker the only morning I ate there. I enjoyed the convenience of the backdoor entrance close to my room during the day a little less at night...

About once a year I pass through Fredericksburg and I look forward to a night at the Sleep Inn. For about a dozen years it has been a reliable place to stay. I know I will get a clean room with a working fridge, a comfortable bed and a great breakfast. This place has never let me down. I stopped...

We just needed an overnight place to crash but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I usually book nice hotels, so I was nervous to have a go at a place costing half as much. But it was clean, friendly, and the free breakfast and parking were a plus too, especially for the price. As other reviewers stated,...

We have stayed at this motel for about 5 years on the way to the beach. It is reasonably priced and has always been clean but the hotel is showing its age. Carpets need replaced and updates are past due. If you are looking for price only it is OK but sure not fancy. Close to I 95 but heavy...

Thank you for your input David. You are correct that the facility is overdue for a facelift. We are planning a remodel this Fall which will freshen up the hotel. As far as the note about the traffic, it is a heavily traveled corridor. However, the lane widening project of 3 years is finally complete. Traffic is moving much better...

After a long day of travel, my husband was growing tired and needed a place to sleep. We did a search and the Sleep Inn came up. It served our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The towels were soft and plentiful. The staff is very friendly! It is an older hotel but it was fine and the price was...

After battling the I95 corridor for 7 hours, we called it quits and stopped here, road weary. We were so glad we chose Sleep Inn, a first for us. The guest services person, Julie, was very accommodating to my wheelchair companions needs, placing us in an ADA room that was convenient to everything as well as large, clean and with...

We travelled to the Fredericksburg, VA area for a birthday party and had stayed in the area on a previous visit. I made reservations with Sleep Inn because of its location just off I-95 and Rt. 17 as we were coming in from Warrenton. The hotel was ok but not up to what we expect from Sleep Inn. The checkin...

Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us here at Sleep Inn. We value your opinion and use your recommendations to better our hospitality. I agree that our space needs some TLC. We are planning a remodel in the near future which should give it a nice, fresh look.
