It suited our needs to be able to navigate Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge and Dumbo. The subway station was 3 blocks away from the hotel. The staff was super friendly and so was housekeeping, who kept the hotel room sparkling clean. My only concern was...More
The hotel is great located in the heart of Williamsburg. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again for sure.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. We were in room 509 and the room was fine but there were very bright spotlights on the roof shining directly into our room. Couldn't tell it they were supposed to be...More
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pointe Plaza. It is in a fascinating area of Brooklyn and although it's not the most conveniently located hotel in terms of nearest subway or places to eat and drink, we didn't find this to be an issue....More

No the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle from JFK, but to/from the nearest subway station - Lorimer. Taxi fare from JFK to the hotel is about $50. Uber costs about $30-35. About a 30 minute ride. Have a nice stay!
