This hotel was perfect for us -- on a relatively quiet street but near coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. Not pretentious but very comfortable! Parking was easy. Staff was great. Will definitely stay here again.
This place was all things good. Service, room, parking, Everything met or exceeded expectations and a good value. Would definitely stay there again. The comments I made speak for themselves. Not much more to say. Not a luxury hotel, but a well kept up property and it was convenient for me.
check in was super easy. Good location and really is just at the corner of a nearby metro station. We stayed on 4th floor and did not hear any traffic. Breakfast was sufficient but could be boring if you are staying for more than 1 night. But since its complimentary, i have no complaints.
Recently we stayed at TownePlace Suites Hotel. The location was perfect to visit our son in Park Slope. The room was nice, with full kitchen (well, minus gas stove) big refrigerator. The modern bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower (body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided on the wall). Complimentary breakfast can have more selections. One complain - the bold coffee was watery, no taste. But across on 4th Ave there is a Starbucks for a real coffee fix. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but we requested to do it every 2 days and we were fully satisfied with the services. There is a small gym with treadmills, steppers and some dumbbells and kettlebells. The laundry is across from gym - 3 new front load washer ($4.00 per wash) and 3 dryers ($2.00 per cycle). Green Ivy bodega on the corner is open 24 hours, fruits, water, etc. Finback Brooklyn brewery is next to the hotel on President highly recommended. Fifth Avenue in Park Slope is one block and it's full of stores and restaurants. Try Brooklyn Burgers & Beer for burgers, Brooklyn DOP for pizza by the slice or 5th Avenue market & deli for a sandwiches. The Union subway station just around the corner , 2 minutes walk , it will take you to Manhattan. Another option to use is a new company called REVEL with Tesla Y models for a ride to Manhattan or JFK or EWR. We will be back and the main reason is front desk employees. Alyssa, Adjoa (she is going by "Joy"), Daniel and Robert did provide outstanding service for us with all the requests coming from us. We are really pleased with the hotel and it will be our home away from home from now on when in Brooklyn.…
High tea here is so fun there’s live music, great vibes, a beautiful space, and the food is actually so good. The staff is incredibly friendly and wants to make sure you have an excellent time. It’s a great way to unwind and spend quality time. Definitely keep in mind high tea is not like a quick experience which worked for us. Def recommend!
Excellent location - the hotel was across the street from my son's apartment building and a subway stop. We walked to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was also really easy catching the subway to visit other areas. I had a great 1 week visit. The rooms are nice and include a frig and microwave. Comfy beds and they do cleaning every 3 days. It includes a breakfast (nothing fancy) which was nice to have a little snack before heading out for the day (eggs, toast, cereals, oatmeal, etc.). The staff were super nice and very accommodating. Definitely will be staying here again!
This is our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern w/ good showers. There is a small kitchen (galley) including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, etc. A special shout out to the staff who is very friendly and attentive. The front desk people greet you every day. We lost our cell phone in a taxi on the way to the airport and the front desk staff were on the ball to get it back. I very much appreciated that. Breakfast was pretty good, with all your favorites: eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles, hot/cold cereal, etc. Again, the staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the food fresh and hot. Also, housekeeping did a nice job on our room. The neighborhood is is gentrifying. A short walk to Park Slope with numerous restaurants and also to the Gowanus with is the new cool neighborhood. We had good food in both areas. …
The hotel was new and CLEAN. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for us. It was a nice surprise that there was one brewery nextdoor, another across the street, and a barbeque restaurant just behind. I would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful experience I have it is always pleasure to stay here it home away from home , breckfast staff room every thing A++ I hope service remains same I highly recommend his sweet hotel , location is desirable
We were so pleasantly surprised by our weekend stay here! Altogether, we were 2 family units- one with small kids. Everyone was happy with our rooms, breakfast and location. Super-convenient for walking to restaurants and soaking in the ambience of the hip neighborhood.
