My friend and I showed up late for breakfast and thought we missed it. Then we ran into Rosa who offered to go back in the kitchen and get us two plates of food. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great morning experience! Kudos to Rosa!

Breakfast was amazing! Many options and it was delicious. I would highly recommend to everyone staying at Brooklyn. Rosa was very sweet and super helpful. Great for a big family and a group of friends.

Breakfast was crazy good very best I’ve had from a hotel Rosa really made sure things were hot & fresh also imo this the *Best Holiday-Inn* in NYC. I’m retired Military Rosa is a very hard worker & great with people goes the extra mile to make the breakfast something to be ready for!

The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Rosa in the restaurant area. The location was really convenient, just a few steps from the subway station, where we can go to any of the main attractions of NYC. The room cleaned every day and as usually we received a gift for been IHG member.

I absolutely hated my stay here. The staff didn’t give a crap, bad attitude, tried to charge me $75 for early check in (LOL) , the guests were weird, like a bunch of young sort of gangster wannabes with black masks covering almost all of their face who were roaming around the lobby getting free coffee, noisy guests too, I felt very unsafe in the area, I thought it would be edgy and cool but it’s just super sketchy and not nice. I got a room that was beside the lobby so I could even hear people talking in the lobby.

Nice hotel and personnel. The hostess, Rosa, who was in charge of the breakfast was very nice and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I was good and not missing anything. The room was nicely clean and everything was stocked .

Nice hotel, nice staff. Everything was clean and there’s barely any train rattle. There’s really great dive bar with free arcade games next door - must go if you’re a fan of dive bars or strange arcade games.

The breakfast served here was delicious and the hotel staff here was very kind. Rosa in particular was continuously cleaning and refilling and restocking and asking if I had everything I needed. I look forward to staying here again.
