After staying at another Hotel Indigo in another city/country, I thought it would be a relatively safe bet to go with another location - but...I was wrong. The rooms, to begin, are dirty. Though I might have higher standards for cleanliness, I will say even my partner who isn't fussy about cleanliness found the room quite dirty as well. The...

Hotel Indigo is located in Downtown Brooklyn, NY. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, etc within easy walking distance. Manhattan is a short subway ride away via multiple lines. The hotel itself is simple in its design and amenities but clean, neat and functional. The front desk staff are especially helpful and polite. There is an outdoor lounge area on...

Stayed here for an event at Barclays Center. Was a 15 min walk to Barclays center, pretty much a straight shot. Restaurant/Bar attached to hotel, Brooklyn Brewhouse, that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good food and very convenient. 15 min walk to Brooklyn Bridge. Rooms were not very spacious for a lot of bags. Clean and quiet. Decor is great,...

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for business in NYC and it was a good experience. They gave me an upgraded room on the 3rd floor that had a balcony overlooking the street. The 3rd floor is the only floor with balconies. Room was large by NYC standards and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly especially Lamar at the...

I stayed here for 11 days, the staff gave me a later room which was kind of them. The hotel is older so it shows it's age in the decor and in the room fixtures. I changed rooms as lights where broken, the same happened with my second room I didn't say anything. Staff where friendly and couldn't do enough...

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your most recent stay. Please note we also have a second floor lounge where it's usually very quiet, it is the best place to hang out and chill if the lobby bar was a bit noisy for you. Our 19th floor roof top also has sitting chairs- feel free...

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a wedding in Brooklyn and was very impressed. The staff was wonderful and even brought a bottle of champagne to our room as the bridesmaids were getting ready for the rehearsal dinner. For NYC, the rooms were a decent size and the decor was modern. On the 2nd night, we did have a problem...

We were really good welcome in the hotel everyday, once they even called us to the room to be sure everything was ok, because they did not see us coming back (and it is a big hotel with 19 floors). Rooms with king size are cozy and double room with 2 queen beds was really big and nice to have....

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The check-in was not professional, the receptionist did not provide ant Spire member privilege such as drinks(or at least bottled water) or welcome points. The receptionist named Nicole was very rude and not professional. She wrote off a system assigned upgrade on the form she printed out in front of...

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas period. We found it to be a lovely hotel. The location was fantastic in the middle of downtown Brooklyn. Many subway stations close by to get to the tourist sites of manhattan in 20 mins or so. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was super clean including...

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Brooklyn, my reservation was initially from 11/24-11/26 (thanksgiving weekend). I understand the challenges that are sometimes endured in the hospitality business, for this reason it has taken me this long to write a review regarding my experience here, I was hoping the hotel management would work with me in finding a suitable...
