Felix was delightful and full of information...his service is why I love Box House so much! He answered all kinds of questions and provided a lot of insight to help us improve our visit. Like we were friends for years!
Couldn't ask for friendlier or more helpful staff. The site is right over the Pulaski Bridge from the 7 train running to Manhattan and the Q103 running up the west side of Queens (because you should go to The Noguchi Museum). Also easy access to...More

We returned to the hotel later at night via the train(ie 11:00 pm). No shuttle driver from hotel available, wandered for some time in the dark and was finally taken under the wing of a night shift worker who helped hail an über driver. Drivers not always familiar with this geographic location! Felt pretty safe, not sure if good for a single woman traveller. Bridge identified walking route from train to hotel is looong and access points difficult to find, even with the map, late at night
