Hi, we stayed at room 804 which was great. No noise and fantastic view. Nothing included. Breakfast in Reynard´s is ok, but strongly recommend walking five minutes up to Five Leaves in Greenpoint for great breakfast

I know that the hotel is pet friendly but I don't know if there is a fee. Most hotels don't allow you to leave your pet in the room if you are not there but you may be able to work that out with them.
