Many Glacier Lodge was like stepping back in time to a wonderful lodge built in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The view was breathtaking. The lodge was in easy walking distance to many of the trails.

We drove but you can take a train here right across the road. The hotel is huge and surrounded by mountain peaks. The rooms are smallish but with rustic charm. The meals were good and the food plentiful.
