We wanted a special place we could take our kids and their families - ages 13, 9, 8, and 6) for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The ranch and spa, under the guidance of Jack and Julie Frappert, epitomizes the best in service and guest experience. The ranch cabins are simple - no phones or TV. It's all about family,...

We had a small family wedding luncheon (16 persons) at Lost Creek Ranch after a beautiful ceremony at Schwabacher's landing, a few miles away. It could not have been more perfect: the view from the stately drawing room of the main lodge is breathtaking. The executive chef, Jordan Hunt, put together a feast of a menu, with local specialties that...

Never a better experience!!! Love the staff and guests. We made a new family there. Dan the man will greet you at airport, Alex takes on the Snake River; Lucy has the most amazing signature cocktails--- ask her for the infamous "Lucy Juice", all the wr anglers were outstanding -- Tyler, Madison, Nathan, Becca brought us on some private rides;...

the ranch isn't far away from jackson hole which is very convenient. the facilities are immersive and really authentic. the activities are a blast and the staff is really fun and engaging and professional. Jordan Dewayne Hunt, the head chef, makes amazing/creative dishes every meal (which is key after a long day of riding with the top notch wranglers) and...

My husband and I are celebrating turning 50 this year and our son is turning 18, so we wanted to go somewhere new and different. And yes, he still wants to vacation with us! We all agreed on a dude ranch and spa. After much research, we decided on Lost Creek. We have never been to the midwestern states as...

I had the unique privilege of returning to Lost Creek Ranch as a guest after having been an employee there for several years three decades ago. I anxiously anticipated this trip hoping for the best but expecting some disappointment since I have such fond memories and the saying is "you can't go home again". It exceeded my expectations on every...

Spectacular location in the Grand Tetons, and only an hour away from Yellowstone. My wife and I had no horse riding experience, but learned quickly and had a great time on horseback (thanks to Rosie). Lots to do on and off ranch if you're not interested in the horse experience. Great hiking, biking, and kayaking/rafting close at hand. Rustic ranch...

The menu is outstanding with many choices to suit any taste. Every meal we had was delicious. Actually, they were beyond delicious -- very fresh, super tasty, creative presentation, generous portions. Save room for dessert, as they were outstanding, too. Our servers were excellent, too. Plus, you can't beat the view of the Tetons from the beautiful dining room. All...

By far, the best vacation we've ever taken! We booked our stay to celebrate our 60th birthdays and 30th wedding anniversary. Everything at this ranch exceeded our expectations, from the lodgings to the meals, from the activities to the hospitality of our hosts and the entire staff. I simply can't find the words to express how amazing this ranch and...

I went with 13 other family members, and we were treated with such warmth and graciousness. From the managers, to the wranglers, to the wait staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The wranglers were very patient as we worked on our riding skills, giving helpful hints along the way and making cheerful small talk. There are so many gorgeous...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Lost Creek Ranch, located near Jackson Hole, combines the best of a western guest ranch with a world-class resort. Every aspect of the ranch, including the lodge, log cabins, spa, corrals, and other facilities ensures your comfort, safety and enjoyment. The lodge, is spacious and refined, with comfortable spaces and wonderful views. The sleeping accommodations are elegantly Western and our spa contains state-of-the-art equipment. The most important and noticeable feature of our Wyoming guest ranch lies not in its structures but in its people. The ranch is dedicated to personal service; on average, we have one staff member for every guest. Our ranch crew consists of educated, experienced, trained professionals. You might discover that your wrangler has been working at the ranch for more than a decade, knows enough first aid to be an ambulance driver, and trades fixed income securities in his free time. Friendly, approachable, and attentive to your needs, our staff members excel at what they do best: making sure your visit to Lost Creek will exceed your highest expectations and providing memories to last a lifetime. ... more   less
