We didn't find many choices available for breakfast in Baker, NV, where we were staying, so we had to drive back a few miles to the Border Inn. We had a pretty good breakfast. The Denver Omelet was good, the breakfast burrito was also. The cocoa was weak, but the food otherwise was good enough. Not a five star, but...

There isn't any other place around to eat when you hit the border of Utah and Nevada, this is the only place in town for miles around. It's a stop on the Highway 50 "Loneliest Road in America" where you can pick up tourist info, get your book stamped etc. The restaurant was pretty empty and there was only one...

We felt so lucky to find this place out in no where in the dark. We are hauling a trailer. They have full hookups and level sites. We had really good burgers and fries. Really pretty area. Quiet. Nice people work here. A nice place to stop!

We decided to stay away from the interstate and elected to take this road. Unfortunately we had some trouble with our cargo trailer lights and lucked on to this Inn just before it got dark. The rooms are not 5 star by any means however the room looked pretty good to us as the other option was to sleep in...

My sisters and I rented a house in Baker for one night so we could visit Great Basin Naitonal Park the next day. We drove in from Las Vegas and didn't stop for groceries because we were told there would be groceries in Baker. NOT! At least not in the winter. So the nice lady at the post office (...

Given the remote location, I am a little more generous with my rating than the property probably deserves. However, it beats the heck out of a tent on a cool night !!!!! It is a tired property.....needs some real TLC. But, on arrival, I was immediately greeted and checked in, possibly in record time.....and the gal was quite pleasant. The...

Stayed at the Inn two nights while visiting Great Basin National Park. The rooms at the Inn are small, bare bones places to sleep. I understood this in advance and was fine as such. My uneasiness had to do with room security or lack of it. The doors lock was a simple turn knob, on a push in door- no...

We ate here twice. Breakfast was very good and every thing was cooked to order. We also had dinner here and it was just so so. The salad was fresh and the $3 beer and $4 wine glass was a plus. Understand that this is the only restaurant and gas station for 80 miles.

We spent the night here bridging two days at Great Basin Nat'l Park. It was very convenient to spend the night here as Ely is an hour away. The price was good too. Our bed was a little stiff and hard, but we figured that would be the case in advance. Great views of the highway and desert right outside!

The room was clean and nicely furnished. We were on the front row and never heard the traffic on Hwy 6. The room has a fridge and microwave. The table and 2 chairs made it easy to relax and watch TV as you enjoy a snack. The only complaint was the bed, it was quite hard. It was difficult to...
