We were given an executive suite because our reservations were messed up. The staff and manager were very courteous and hospitable. Although our stay was brief, we had a memorable and comfortable experience. We will definitely return here on our next trip.
This is a great choice for families visiting the Smokies. We were actually surprised driving up to the hotel because it seemed like we were in the national park already and then we rounded a bend, and there it was! It's actually a great location...More
Always stay here when we go to Gatlinburg. Great place, great staff and good location. Little farther away from the center of town but that's what I like anyway. Major trolley stop so that doesn't matter because you can leave your car at the hotel...More
This was our first stay. The location was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. It has entertainment right in their parking lot with Putt Putt. The indoor pool is heated nicely and they have a hot tub as well. Rooms we’re...More
Nice staff, Very friendly. Nice rooms. We had two queen-size beds Free Breakfast. Wifi Works Great. Looks like a great waterslide at the pool area. Shuttle runs you to downtown Gatlinburg. I included some picture of the downtown area at Christmas time.

We didn't use the voucher because the town was super crowded when we were there and we just didn't want to navigate the traffic mess again. We took the trolley which is the purple line. Trolley stop is in parking lot of Fairfield and it lets you off smack in the middle of Downtown by the Aquarium. At 50 cents a person each way, it's a bargain.
