It was an older motel just across street from Convention Center which was what we wanted. It was clean and hotel staff were friendly. It did not have hair dryer in room, but one was available in office. Friday's restaurant was close by which was a plus. Room rate was very reasonable.

We came to gatlinburg for our anniversary being peak season everywhere was booked but this hotel happened to have a vacancy. We had a simple room with fireplace at a very affordable price. Its dated and you can tell but we just needed a place to sleep and were very pleased. We stayed in October but there is a pool...

Have stayed at this motel multiple times over past few years. It is convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, clean and staff friendly. However, age is beginning to take its toal on the comfort factor and ammenities - facility now in need of some serious upgrading. good for 1-2 night stay; longer - look elsewhere.

This is a neat little place. It is older than some but the staff & rooms are great. It is close to the things you want to see. It was a great getaway for my wife and me. I highly recommend this motel to anyone who wants a clean place that reasonable on their prices. They really make you feel...

This hotel is older but very good rates. The staff is awesome and the rooms are clean. I stay there several times a year and always have the same experience. It is always nice to stay downtown where you can walk around instead of having to drive.

We decided to stay at this motel due to the rooftop patio / pool. The price was great and the location even better. The staff was friendly, and when we got into the room I found that it was very clean. The biggest drawback is how dated this motel is. I don't think they have made any updates to the...

For the price, this place was awesome. I work front desk at a hotel in another tourist town so i know to give places a chance even after reading awful reviews. It is a great location and close to everything! The rooms are VERY clean and I will stay at this location again when traveling to Gatlinburg. The pool was...

We checked in very friendly staff. The balcony pool was the selling point. I enjoyed setting on the deck over the parkway while the kids and wife swam. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. No Breakfast but 2 pancake houses in walking distance.

This is a 5 star for the money. Don't get me wrong it is old. But it is the perfect location and very clean inside! That's what matters to me! Don't go into it thinking your staying at a Hilton! It's not $200! Ours had a fridge, and coffee pot. Bring your own hair dryer! And don't expect your own...
