The Rhino River Camp is located right next to the Meru National Park Rhino Sanctuary just outside the Park. To access it you need to drive through the park and sanctuary first. The location of the camp could not be better and more attractive: right next to a river in a lush and green jungle type forest. Very special location... More

Relaxing and beautiful setup along the tiny river. Staff is kind and the food is perfect (Italian Manager makes sure). Only few tents available, which makes this place ideal to rest and wonder around the Meru National Park.

This is the best camp or vacation site I ever visited and the Experience is amazing. You actually take a game drive before reaching the hotel, the Camp is clean and hospitality over the roof. Roberto and Susan made 7star treatment look like nothing. We even had a borne fire till midnight. The rooms, the food and the staff were... More

Beautiful lodge setting of tented rooms suspended above a small river. Saw rhino in the sanctuary, elephants, giraffe, zebra, leopard and many more. The lion was elusive this time. Ernest and Daniel were knowledgeable guides and made the trip for our kids and some first time safari-goers. A special place I would highly recommend. Carlo was a great host and... More

The staff makes everything to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Italian cuisine brings a nice change, the food is excellent whether served in the bush or at the camp. Guide (Daniel)is professional and able to recognize not only the animals, but also the flora and fauna. On top of all he is very patient with the tourists'... More

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the service we received while here. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The only dirty areas were the roofs and the pool which had some obvious forest debris. We were offered to have the pool cleaned which we declined since it wasn't that dirty and we were only sitting on the... More

This camp is wrapped in Jungle and the noise from the insects, frogs, birds and rushing water combine to wrap you further in this rare experience. The food was delightfully Italian influenced and the young chef was eager and successful in his attempts to satisfy. My wife and I came to see animals and we were delighted often seeing so... More

The best lodge we have been in our 4 year-long Kenya adventure. This elegant and eco-friendly lodge is an outstanding entry point to one of the wildest and most beautiful parks in Kenya. The soft Italian touch in the cuisine and the warm welcoming of the managers and staff made a difference in making our Christmas special. Grazie and see... More
