This tented facility provided a full immersion experience! Animals all around with a beautiful central building, lovely venues for meals, great food and exceptional guides. Don't miss the bush walk and sundowners near Lake Manyara. The staff is exceptional providing wonderful service! Falling asleep to the sound of lions so close by was spellbinding!!

Chem Chem is wonderful. The camp and tents are gorgeous, both well maintained and beautifully appointed. The service is exceptional and their unique, "slow" approach to safaris is very refreshing. We felt nothing but pampered and relaxed - we only wish we had stayed longer! The game viewing in Tarangire was really great - even saw a leopard and lions.... More

An amazing set up with super staff. Never has a meal in the same place twice and was there 4 days They have a water hole 70 meters from the tents so you can sit and watch all day. Walks guarded by Masai warriors, guides who are Superb and just an amazing experience

This is the best experience in lodging we have EVER had in all of our travels. Our family of 8 (3 generations) all traveled together on this trip. We had 3 kids. It was a high touch high class experience and felt like a safari in the 1920's when people traveled in luxury and style. The tented rooms were exceptionally... More
