We were recommended by our travel agent to stay at Tarangire Treetops and we are so glad we did. Fortunately we were advised that you need to stay at least two nights and we still wished we had stayed longer. One night is definitely not enough at Treetops. The accommodation is magical - in your own treehouse - it is...

Elephants greeted us at the watering hole as we entered the campground. This was our first of two nights on our safari and we couldn't have been more enchanted by the beauty all around us. The room was situated in a huge baobab tree accessed by a winding staircase. It was spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally...

We only stayed one night here on our recent Safari and straight away we wished we had stayed another night. The staff were very friendly and attentive and always ready to help. The evening meal served outside around the boma was a special experience and the food was very good. The rooms, on stilts, among the trees were very spacious...

Our overall experience here was quite good. Travelers here should be aware that the camp is about an hour from the national park. When we arrived, our travel agent had told us that our request for a tent close to the main dining area had been sent. The manager, who greeted us, acknowledged that he did receive a notification to...

Tarangire Treetops manages to give a 5-star experience even though it is located in the middle of nowhere. You stay in luxurious treehouses with a sweeping view of the area. Treetops is located outside of the Tarangire National Park but there are still plenty of opportunities to see wildlife. As beautiful as this property is, what makes it truly special...

Tarangire Treetops is absolutely unique, and one of the most magical places we will ever go. We were there with a group of three couples, and we all agreed it was the best place we stayed in East Africa.First of all, it's located two hours from nowhere, so we were in "the bush" under the brilliant starry skies with only...

Spent two nights there and this was our first stop before our travels within Tanzania and it was a great start and a wonderful experience. Thanks to Johan and Tori and all...

A gorgeous property in an off-the-beaten-track location meaning utmost privacy. Service is top notch (special mention to Johane) and the rooms and common areas are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Food is fantastic as are the cocktails! The secluded location meant a longish drive into the park every day but it didn't bother us too much. Highlights were having the...

I stayed at Tarangire Treetops 9 years ago, and still to this day (after traveling to many countries and staying at countless hotels) I count it as the most amazing place I have ever had the pleasure to stay. Unforgettably unique, superbly serviced and a beautiful intersection of nature and luxury, if there is just one place to go in...
