Joris Smit of jorafrica (our travel advisor) set us up with the asilia group in tanzania at this camp and at olikira in the northern serengeti Great combination.real pros. Olivera is a permanent camp right in the centre of elephant country and other seemingly endless types of game. We were here for 3 days and saw 4 of the big...

This was my first tented camp so I didn't know what to expect but I loved every aspect of it. The rooms and community areas are beautifully decorated. I loved the outdoor shower that overlooked the plains. The food was good too. Our last breakfast we were wowed with a full buffet on the overlook deck (right above the bush...

Awesome! Our family of four (spouse, 17 & 19 year olds) spent three nights here in July 2015. Everything was perfect….accommodations, food, drink, African TV, Sundowners, breakfast on the deck, hosts and staff. The hosts were fantastic, very involved in everything, always looking for ways to make our stay even better and very friendly. The food was great, and they...

Just got back from Little Oliver's and it was a dream come true! Julie and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We had originally hoped to stay at Oliver's (which I'm sure is also a wonderful venue being an Asilia camp), but looking back we're really glad we were at Little Oliver's. With just 5 tents it is so intimate. The...

My cousin and I just spent a week climbing up to the top of Kilimanjaro. So, we were very excited when we reached Little Oliver's Camp and saw the accommodations. WOW, wow, WOW! Julie was very welcoming and saw that we were completely bushed, so wasted no time in getting us to our fantastic tent. The beds were super comfortable....

We stayed at Little Oliver's Camp in early September and had an amazing time. The tents are spacious and well-appointed. The bathrooms are lovely, and what a nice touch to have outdoor as well as indoor showers! It is a small camp, so guests generally eat together for dinners under the stars. The food was delicious and there was a...

Thankyou for a beautiful stay, although too short, it was beautiful. The staff, food and accommodation sensational. The park itself was a beautiful surprise, with an abundance of Elephants and Zebra and lots of other animals and birds to enjoy. The scenery gorgeous. Gorgeous accommodation. Special touches made us feel very special. Asante Sana

We had a fabulous time here. Spent 4 nights. Julie and her team made us feel right at home from the start. There is a small herd of elephants (about 10) that visits daily. They love the acacia beans. There are 2 small ellies in the herd, truly magical to watch the interactions of these animals. Amazing!! Our guide Tony...

Animal viewing from the camp is magical, tents are lovely, service is wonderful. Only drawbacks are poor lighting in the tents and no wi-fi in the tents or anywhere else at the camp. Small inconveniences compared to all the wonderment. Great night and walking safaris with Chris.

Food, A+ (love the eco-friendly lunch boxes) Staff & management, A+; location A++ Accommodation A+. Elephants walked by the camp all day long. At night there was one in front of my 'tent'. This is real Africa. You won't be disappointe...
