A guesthouse on a quiet street in Kampot run & staffed by a nice family. Good value room, breakfast, moto rental, and laundry. I was happy with the location - it's about a 15 minute walk down to the busy riverfront, but right on the road heading east towards various sights. Is also around the corner from the new location...

Initially, we planned to stay in Kampot for two nights, but in the we loved it so much that we decided to stay one more night. We had no problem to extend our stay in this guesthouse. Our room was small but very clean, perfect WiFi and AC. The family who runs this place is willing to help and answer...

Quiet neighbourhood means for a good rest. I'm sure this can be said for many Kampot properties, but I cannot speak for their quality. The hosts here are great and very friendly, fluent in both English and French, and do great work booking tours and busses onward. They helped us rent a motorbike as well and just filtered the costs...

Very nice place. Friendly family, friendly staff. Everything was all right. Great motorbike at 5$. Cheap simple meal and breakfast. Just be careful, we bought tikets from Kampot to Phu Quoc with the guesthouse but the company wasn't professional (Kampot tours & travel).

We stayed here for two nights at a reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious. Owners friendly and ready to help. They arranged us a bus to Kep easily. We recommend this place. Little problem with wifi connexion. But this is no big issue.

Stayed here for 5 nights in one of the rooms in the new building to left of entrance. Very comfortable and clean. I paid for a/c but actually I think this is one place where I could have got by on just the fan.....cooler being near the coast.. It is a good 20 minutes walk to the center of town...

The place is new, clean and spacious. The rooms have a ceiling fan which is more then enough and there's no need for A/C. You can also pay extra few bucks if you'de like. There's great wifi connection, small restaurant and the staff is great and was extremely helpful.

My frins and I atayed there for a couple of nights . The place was clean and tidy but a little rustic. the bathroom was tiny with no flush on the loo and you pretty much had to shower on the sink. The mattress and linen were clean but old fashioned and not very comfortable. The staff was really friendly...

We stay here one night. The room are clean and functional. The owner is nice, helpful (we had a drawer issue at 10pm and he came to repair it immediately) and speak both English and French perfectly. The breakfast menu is simple but sufficient.

I stayed at the Ta Eng guesthouse for 3 night after seeing it listed in a guidebook. It is located a good distance from the center of town, say a good 30 minute walk, but it is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has maybe 14 rooms which are rather small and basic but have private bathrooms and mine...
