We were stayed during our holiday last week and we have enjoyed it. All the 12 rooms of us have A/C and balcony. Just one thing to improve is reception service. We like the night time there, will stay again later.

We spent a night there before heading to Kampot with family and friends. The guest is great view to the sea and relax atmosphere. It is short walking distance to crab market. We had a nice stay in Kep but only comment is the room cleanliness should improve and linens was still wet and smell.

We were here in March and stayed in a twin bedroom. The interior is basic but mostly clean and the bathroom was good. Unfortunately there was no furniture on the balcony but the view to the sea was great. The food is very average and the fried eggs were unfortunately cold. The dinner was good. It is located just around... More

We arrived late to Kep and did not feel like searching for a room so decided to stay despite the miserable room were were presented with... Were too tired to look further so just decided to take it anyway! Bad idea! Location is nice and with a bit of TLC this place could be great! Right on the water, some... More

The guesthouse has a nice location with a great view to the gulf. The rooms are quite basic and relatively clean. It is located close to Crab market, about 5 minute walking distance. A nice and what is important quiet and relaxing place to stay. The staff is nice, though there might occur some language barriers, but this is all... More

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, which was very helpful to book our bus for the next day. The rooms were clean and with regular size. The garden is nice with hammocks to chill out. The hostel is about 10 minutes away (walking) from the central street with restaurants and the market. The WiFi signal was very poor in... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It was quiet. It is right beside the crab market which is about the only real thing to see in Kep. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. When they showed us a ground floor room we asked could we stay on a higher floor and it was not an issue.... More

This place could be so much better. Rooms are big, but that's pretty much the only good thing about them. Hard matrasses and pillows.... Broken dirty shower.... Invisible staff... "restaurant" with essentials like ice missing... Bottom line, would not recommend this place this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Kep.

The rooms are huge, this is fantastic, however there is only one small pillow provided and it's very hard. Breakfast is very boring and I expected much more. There's no atmostphere in this hotel what so ever. Unfortunately the staff speak very limited english, almost impossible to communicate with this. Very close to Crab Market, just a 5mins walk.
