What a nice surpise when we arrived there, great pool, comfortable room and smiling staff. All a camouflage. ..staff don't understand english and are clearly not happy to work there. We booked a twin beda room and they gave us a queen single bed room with a mattress on the floor. We order a drink and they take 40min to...

The setting and gardens are quiet and peaceful with a lovely pool, towels and loungers surrounded by tropical plants. Reasonably priced meals are available throughout the day on the adjacent terrace. Bungalows are surrounded by tropical plants and rooms on upper floor of main house have extensive views. Within walking distance of the trails of the Kep National Park tropical...

We stayed here while a group of friends were staying at the nearby Villa Romonea, and were very happy with it. The rooms/bungalows are simple but well decorated and more than adequate. They were working on putting in a pool while we were there but not sure when it would be finished. Breakfast was fine and service was generally good....

I stayed here for 7 nights and I found the staff very accommodating of my needs especially with my two children. Food was great, standard hotel prices. Bungalows are gorgeous, spacious, fresh, airconditioned and clean. The cleaning service is also excellent. Found my room beautifully decorated everyday. Staff struggle a little with english but the managers speak and understand english...

It's a simple and quiet place. Small detached buildings, in a nice garden setting. Negative point is that the bathroom and toilet is not a totally enclosed space, so u can hear what's going on, but not a real big deal. Good place for a couple of days if u are passing thru. No beach or prom to walk to,...

We recently had 3 nights at Kimly in one of the bungalows. We booked 2 separate bungalows, one for my husband and I and one for our 17 yr old son. On the first night the whole sink in the bathroom fell off the wall and smashed completely on the floor. He only just bumped it after getting out of...

We asked the hotel to arrange transportation for us to Battambang. They did, and we paid the hotel directly. They then made arrangements with the drivers. On arrival the driver demanded another $20 and refused to leave until we paid it. We called the hotel to ask them to sort it out, but they were unwilling to help us.

Lovely clean room, with comfy large beds and nice linen. Free water every day. It was nice and quiet and even though it was away from the town it was an ideal location for us, as it's close to the entrance of the national park and crab market. I did get several mosquito bites during the night though so I'd...

We stayed at kimly for 2 nights the rooms were clean and we ate at the restaurant in the crab market. My main complaint was that the manager never really seemed that bothered about pleasing you and also lied about services in the area as she wanted to sell you things that were more expensive rather than what you like

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful here. My only complaints are that it was noisier than I would have liked (probably more about room location as it isn't a party place) - just noises in the hallway early and late in the evening, which were disruptive to a light sleeper. The restaurant serves good quality food...
