I wasn't mad about this hotel. I was greeted very poorly - having booked the day before through Booking.com for 2 nights. Arrived and they seemed a bit miffed that I was checking in and had to provide details several times. I think I was one of two other guests staying. The room was quite nice but not a whole...

I am appalled at the way we (as a group) were treated by the owner of this hotel, I believe his name was Richard. A background to our group travelling: we were a group of 20 males, majority hotel/hostel operators from around Australia, participating in a charity ride through the country, raising money for sustainable education in Cambodia. Four of...

First of all: How is it possible that somebody can post a review about a hotel experience. If they don't even stay one minute in they hotel. This say's a lot about the value of TripAdvisor review's Because even you never stayed in a hotel never eat something in a restaurant or drink in a bar. you can wright what...

The hotel was pretty nice, the room was big and decently comfortable. The location is beautiful right across from the beach. I didn't get a chance to use the pool. Breakfast was weird, the bread were really good but the other food pretty weak. I had some problems with the hot water, but it was too hot outside to worry...

The hotel as others have written commands a fabulous spot overlooking the beach. I had a ground floor room so the pool was at my door, too lovely. The room is a little tired although I like the natural stone. Rooms are not serviced each day unless you ask I did but it was not made up. The local staff...

Best beach in Kep across road 50 meters away, beach clean, well lit at night and bins emptied regularly . Room was clean, balcony with furniture, king size bed, linen, pillows no problem.. We stayed at Saravoan-Kep for two nights in June 2016. Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade, for which we were of course very grateful. As such, we stayed in one of the luxury, ocean-view rooms on the ground floor, overlooking the pool. To begin with, the pros: the hotel is in a charming location, just across the...

This place is situated smack on beach road in the heart of this little town. After initial mess up with my booking, we were upgraded to a seaview upstairs big room with balcony. Could not ask for better views. Aircon was lovely. The staff were lovely and always helpfull. The only downside to this place is the Cheff in the...

Very comfortable and clean with an excellent view. I had a bottom floor, least expensive room; but on the plus side, it was pool-side. Interesting room with a sliding glass door entry and a rather major step in the middle of the floor between the sitting area and the bed/bath. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to food and shops, while...
