This place was considere one of the best place to stay in Kep, but since they change management is one of the worst... sad to see they or not up to what they were before. Not the place to stay anymore!

For the price you pay, the service is really bad and they don't seem to care. * water in the room was cold and the shower had almost no pressure, just dripping * when I told the manager about the water, she just shrugged * no towels at the pool, took several requests to get one and a minimum half...

My friend and me stayed at this hotel at the end of our southeastasia journey. We were expecting two relaxing, chilled nights in a beautiful resort. Unfortunately it was the opposite. The hotel itself is all! We are pretty sure that the owner changed. The staff was either not around or not interested in what we wanted. Firstly we didnt...

I am extremely disappointed. I arrived by train to Kam Pot then tuk tuk to Kep Lodge so it was about 9pm when I reached the lodge. I had sent a message in advance explaining that I would arrive late. There was a local staff who could not find my name on the computer. I had to do it myself....

A wonderful out of the way lodge with a beautiful pool, views over the sea, walking/cycling distance from the seafood market, great trails right into the national park just behind the lodge. Hire a tuktuk to take you to Sothy's Pepper Farm. Gorgeous location and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. You can get bikes at the lodge even if they...

For those not seeking perfection this is a good value stay. Located up the mountain you can enjoy the breathtaking view over jungle to the sea. The hotel is locally run with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and delivered with a smile and "sok sabai". Nice pool area with the pool being cleaned each morning. Wifi wasn't available...

The room was atrocious...a frog in the bathroom, bugs all over, no air conditioning, I can go on. We got tricked. The wifi is atrocious, the paths are very unsafe because they aren't lit, no hot water at all, no room safe, the list can go on. I didn't have any quams leaving for Siem Reap 2 days earlier because...

I booked a room at this hotel in August 2016 (for a stay in December). The reviews seemed very good, so I was happy to spend a bit more on the accommodation. On arrival, however, the experience did not seem to fit at all with the great reviews I had read earlier in the year. I looked again (to check...

December 21, 2016 Four of us are staying three nights at Kep Lodge. After living in cambodia for four years, we were happy to introduce our parents to SE Asia. Unfortunatly, our kep lodge experience wasn't on par with previous visits. Here is a list of challenges: -Half of the Lights on walking path didn't work. Very dark on a...
