I cannot say enough good things about Baliku. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days about 2 years ago, and we are still telling people how great it was. The owner was extremely helpful and responded to all of our questions quickly via email when we made our booking. While she was gone on other business during...

We didn't stay in the hotel, but felt compelled to write a review after the great service we received there. We stayed at a different place up the road from Baliku, but had lunch there and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging a car to help us move our bags from one accommodation to another. We weren't even...

I stayed at Baliku for 3 nights at the end of October 2013, my only regret was that i hadn't booked for longer. The wonderful time I had there was enhanced by the great service I received from Donna via email... she answered any questions i had promptly, and was so helpful and friendly, booking a driver for me from...

A good hotel, if a little out of the way of the main strip in Amed. But the restaurant is good and there a are a couple of places to eat in walking distance. Very well presented with awesome views from the rooms and pool, of the mountain and the sea were breathtaking. Beautiful terraces and days beds are cool...

The hotel is located in a nice bay with a village part of Amed. The staff is very friendly and supportive. There is not a lot of infrastructure nearby so you need to be prepared to drive for any activities beyond snorkelying and dining in the hotel restaurant.

Four of us spent 6 nights here in mid September in two neighbouring villas. The views are amazing but as others have said there are a number of steps to climb! The villas are superb with a great outside area with tables, chairs and daybeds making it ideal for eating, drinking and relaxing! Food was good and wholesome with both...

We stayed here for a few days before heading off to the Gili islands. It is set a little out of the main 'tourist' centre of amend, but actually well located next to a great snorkelling spot / ship wreck. Not much around in way of tourist shops etc, but that was a benefit in our eyes as once you...

The best feature of this hotel is the stunning views over the ocean and the sound of gamelan and cocks growing. It is located quite a long way from Ahmed and the beaches is stony but the coral reef when the surf is calm is very good for diving. The Japanese shipwreck is not so great as it sounds -...
