Amed was the best part of my Bali trip and Aquaterrace was a big part of that. The pool with the view of the sea is amazing and you can always head down to the private beach from where you can snorkel directly. They arrange snorkelling guides as well. Room was spacious and had a view to die for. Food...

The views from the room, balcony/veranda (and the shower !) at Aquaterrace are exquisite. You have a similar feeling to balcony of a suite on an ocean liner. The bedroom itself has a southern Mediterranean feel - whitewashed, simply furnished and with aquamarine coloured cushions. Breakfast delivered to your room and consumed on the balcony table is a fine start...

After 30 years of traveling to Bali, we decided to give it up. The development, the traffic, the hassle. The Bali we loved had disappeared in a sea of commercialism. Even the giant new airport could be anywhere in the world its so soulless. So no more Bali. But then one of our friends told us about Amed - how...

Clean rooms with a large balconies and breathtaking views of Bali Sea. You can catch the sunrise to the east. Staff were extremely friendly and food at the restaurant was delicious. Dishes were made to order to guarantee freshness so be prepared to sit back and relax a bit. We rented snorkel equipment from them and they offered to scooter...

I'm a bit torn with my opinion on this one. We recently spent 2 nights in the older section of AquaTerrace, in the rooms across the road from the beach. The views are amazing, the rooms are huge. Pool is gorgeous. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms and as far as value for money this was great....

As we thought location, staff and facilities are excellent. More suited to couples perhaps rather than a travelling group. The showers have minds of their own just like herding cats! So if you are a couple go there it's for you!

Good place to have a rest before taking the fastboat to Gili Islands. We've stayed there two nights. The room was very nice and well decorated with a huge sea view terrace. The hotel is simple and quiet as we like :). Staff was good and very helpful! Their healthy cocktails are amazing, you definitely have to try the Aloe...
