Rude and arrogant staff who ruined our experions here. At the moment we arrived we felt anything but welcomed. We asked to see the room first and the manager treated us like he thought we wouldnt have afford it. Ended up taking the room anyway cause the pool and garden looked nice, and the price was ok. We had a...

The location is ok, swimming pool good. Snorkeling in front of the hotel and warungs close by. The bathroom was quite dirty and it's very warm in the room the fan is too slow. The staff is nice except the manager. He rented us scooters that ended with a flat tire because of worness while I was driving which made...

We stayed here for 5 nights - had booked in advance so we were put in the least attractive bungalows closest to the road. After a bit of discussion we relocated to bungalows close to the pool - much better. Grounds are well kept and we could hear the waves from our rooms. Place is a little worn and could...

the hotel grounds are really nice : little bungalows are spread across a well maintained garden with lots of flowers. The hotel is onto a nice black sand beach where you can snorkel accross a coral garden. Every bungalow has AC and is of a good size. The bedroom is modern and clean but the bathroom would need improvement, it smells...

Prices online are cheaper to book through rather than in person for some reason no matter how much negotiating. Beach is rocky, but I didn't leave this place the whole time I was there expect for the Reggae bar across the street. Pool is great. Restaurant is good and people are helpful and friendly. I agree with other reviewers about...

Just spent three nights here. The grounds and pool are fantastic. The rooms are fine though a bit basic - but for a budget range place it was good value. We stayed in fan cooled ones, the bathrooms were a little smelly but we kept the door shut. The balcony/porch was great. The staff are all eager and very nice....

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. My boyfriend came a couple of years ago in the hotel, and that is why we came back together. However, the experience we had was totally different from his previous experience. Despite our online booking (booking.com) and a reminder email sent a few days before our arrival, we did not have...
