Beautiful resort with wonderful staff. We stayed in Beach front villa with own pool.(no 9)which was the best accom. I was disappointed with the snorkeling-close to the shore it was very poor.I was told it was good 2 to 3 hundred meters out. Not for an elderly lone snorkeler. It is 2half hrs from Ubud & more than 3hrs to Kuta. The...

This is an exquisite place It is a small resort composed of 10 villas only Just a few steps away from the sea The beach is fine black sand with colourful painted traditional boats lined up upon it Very clean and picturesque The resort itself is totally charming, a delight to the eye with clear bright colours, traditional Balinese decoration...

We stayed here two nights and were warmly welcomed by the staff and Swiss owners. The food and service were great. Amed has no real center and this resort is quite far away from the beginning of Amed, so we had all our meals in the resort (pricing was reasonable). We had a bungalo with semi open bath room (all...

If you want to experience Bali as it must have been before the madness of Kuta and Seminyak, Amed and this Hotel are for you. I travelled here with my partner in mid September which is the beginning of the off season. The Hotel is a good three hour trip by road from Denpasar Airport and the roads are extremely...

Great being right on the beach with the colourful fishing boats sailing into it in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dwi who went out of her way in helping us with a car problem. She was fantastic. The 2 lunches we had were very enjoyable. The bungalows were very clean, comfortable and very high standard....

Lovely. No need to leave the premises unless you're looking for adventure, which the staff will happily help you plan. Grounds and pool are perfect. Delicious food reasonably priced. Highely recommend snorkeling at the reef and the sunken japanesse vessel. It is a bit of a drive to the king's water palace and hindu temples, but they make for a...

Lovely pool and grounds, right on the beach. The resort was clean, staff friendly, food was good. Very quiet and peaceful. Felt like I should be on honeymoon. Was so nice to see a quieter side of Bali, the surf was a bit rough for snorkelling need to be very aware of the tides. I loved the room, the bathrooms...

No TV, small and intimate, private pool, good value for money on food, massages, and facilities arranged by the Resort. Rather distant from Airport (2.5-3.5 hours, depending on traffic), but this can be a positive if your looking for an out-of-the-way place. Poor internet (WiFi issues) in our room although in most other locations it was fine. (10mbps down and...

Wonderful little apartment/studios set in the gardens and very close to the beach. The beach was perfect with local fishing boats, perfect clear water for snorkeling with wonderful fish. Great eating establishments close by. Very good restaurant with breakfast, drinks and meals throughout the day and evening. Lovely cool pool in the shade of coconut trees. Ideal for relaxation.

Beautiful small hotel with an unique location directly at the beach. It is possible to go snorkeling directly from the beach and a lot to look at. A quiet hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, with a high level of service where you are in focus. Rooms has a very high standard and everything is well maintained and stand out as...
