The hotel and grounds are beautiful: well-manicured lawn, big pool and amazing lounge area. The room was nicely furnished although it would help to have a mirror and extra power plugs. The outdoor bathroom and amenities are also nice. However, everything else is overpriced in this hotel. The spa, tours and dive packages are way expensive, in comparison to other...

Lost words, the resort exceed my expectation. All staff is friendly and helpful even from the reservation process. Thank you Eddi and smooth check in process by Dian. Room is spacious and that outdoor bathroom oh my! Food are delicious, large swimming pool and highlight is the resort jetty. I sit there for hours waiting for sunset and simply doing...

We stayed at Naya Gawana for 4 nights in a Mangrove Suite. The room would be really lovely but it's just very dark. You need the light on all the time. Also the pool in the room wasn't very clean and didn't get cleaned during our stay. When we asked to have a look at other rooms the lady at...

The resort is a paradise. It's hard to imagine a prettier backdrop to rest and unwind. We stayed in one of the bay view suites, which I found very comfortable. I am glad to have opted for this style room because we enjoyed the openness of the view of the garden and the water. The staff were warm and helpful...

Nayagawana is a great find. The hotel lobby opens up to their large infiniti pool overlooking the mangrove and sea. Quite stunning especially over sunsets. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and creative in finding ways to meet your requests. When there was no taxis around to take me to a nearby venue, the staff just carried me on their...

We stayed for 5 nights in the Lumbung suite. The suite is fairly large, the sleeping area is upstairs and therefor quite hot. So you need to use aircon to be able to sleep. Some suites are situated so that a walking path goes ride beside the terrace. Others have more private terraces - suite 10 has the best terrace....

We stayed here for three nights after a busy week travelling around Java so used our time here to relax and recharge our batteries. The resort is some distance from town and it does not offer complimentary transfers so if you don't have a car you will need to plan and pay for your travel...not a major issue but something...

I was booked into a Lumbung Suite by my hosts as part of an event. The Naya Gawana is not quite my style of hotel, but thought that I should put in a review anyway. Will try to be as objective as possible. This rustic resort on the edge of a nature reserve, 150km from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport,...

Nice resort....quite...quite remote....if you look for a retreat this is a the place. Located on the bay at north Bali, you can see Menjangan island from the pool side. Dive center is available and you can explore menjangan dive sites.

A charming resort, in a wonderful location, that is well worth the traveling time needed to reach it. The staff were extremely friendly and all wanted to make our stay perfect. The food in the restaurant was good, but not exceptional, although breakfast was really good. Excellent spa facilities also. If you are a diver, be aware that the on-site...
