We just admired them as we passed by because we were in a hurry and already late for the buffet lunch. I don't really expect much from buffets so I wasn't disappointed. Food choices were slim; it was still filling though as we were hungry and weren't picky. I enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices, plus the different barbecue fare. And the crackling which was crunchy and tasty. The place was quite big but not noisy because the tables were not full. Maybe at the height of the lunch hour it would have been real busy. There was a view of some greenery and flowers which was pleasing.
Travelling from Pemuteran to Ubud, our driver chose this hotel. He was travelling with his wife and two year old daughter and ate in a separate location for 'locals'. I was astonished to be charged IDR629,000 for a small meal for the four of us, because I was expecting to be charged a local price for the driver and his wife instead of the tourist price. The meal itself was OK on a par with some of the local Warungs, but at more than three times the price one would pay at a Warung. I felt ripped off and am not sure if the driver was in cahoots with the manager but it may well be the last time I invite a driver to join us for lunch.
This roadside restaurant in Tabanan area of Bali is okay to visit if you don’t have time to reach a better place and are really very hungry. The food is just satisfactory. The buffet lunch is alright. The place, the location and decor are just ordinary too.
I was taken here by a guide after seeing GitGit waterfall... Buffet looked awful so I ordered from the menu.. The food we had was average 5/10 The view was ok, was told by guide before we got there that we would have great views while eating lunch🤔 Next time I’ll try the resort across the road...
The food was ok, but nothing special. And even a simple food like sate stick had been burned. And the price is way to expensive! It's a totally touristic place. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Our driver took us here on our way North as part of a day tour. Was empty when we went but felt obliged to eat there. Service was poor, they just pointed at the tables and buffet area and told us the price which was 150,000 IDR each including tea/coffee but not other drinks, which is extremely overpriced considering the quality and limited selection. There were flies all over the food and very limited options. The fried rice was disgusting and was probably reheated. Nothing was labeled so had no Idea what we were eating and when we tried ti ask the staff they were unhelpful. Worst meal we had during our stay in Bali and most expensive. The only nice thing is the view but it is not worth it. If your driver tries stopping here tell him to go elsewhere. I highly recommend to Avoid this tourist trap. …
Maybe this hotel used to by nice, but it is not any more. The room had fustily ceiling and partly bathroom too. The location is not good and there is no good view (none). The meal in the restaurant was quite expensive and not great. If you need a one day stop, good, do not go there for more.
We made a stop halfway our Kuya Lovina trip. It looked nice with the fabulous view. At entering the restaurant no body came to us to welcome. The foot at the buffet was cold and short and of low quality and if I asked some more it was impossible. Still at the end we had to pay the full buffet price. It is an absolute tourist trap and very expensive for Bali, we paid with 6 persons (3 kids) buffet more that €100. Forget it. Really!
Called in here as part of a day trip , there was no-one in when we arrived and so felt obliged to have some food as well as a drink, we had cheese baguette and a ham baguette with some fries , all were very good, the views are spectacular ,
Not sure the price, because it's included in our ground tour packages. The foods they offered so so only, and the watermelon not fresh at all. The foods variety too little, but the fish satay not bad.
