Just recently stayed in the garrisons 1 bedroom private apartment at the jayakarta, room was clean and big and had everything we needed. The resort has lovely gardens and the pools are great we will be back for sure we love staying here, great location aswell.

We've been here a few times over the past years and yes, the rooms are maybe a bit more than a little dated, but the location and friendliness of the staff, the gardens compensate for this in no mean way. And how much time do you spend in your room in a place like Bali anyway? For what they charge...

Our visit to the Jayakarta Resort and Spa in Bali was a mixed bag. Firstly the resort looks great, the gardens are beautiful, the location is great and the people are friendly. There are however a few things that need to be mentioned. 1. Their rooms and specifically their bathrooms need to be redone. They are old and outdated. Irrespective...

Having an amazing holiday here, weather is lovely (although raining season). Room is a little bit dated but clean. Currently some rooms are being renovated. During my stay I have not heard one sound of building work. Staff are friendly and do always serve you with a smile. The resort is located in legion, close to the beach and is...

This hotel needs a big revamp...the location is stunning, pools great, but its far to pricey for what you get!! Rooms old, paint old, bathrooms soooo old..You can get a much better hotel for much cheaper elsewhere so do your research!! With a revamp the jayakarta would be awesome...its been a long time coming, bout time they started to get...

Cockroaches in the room, someone's vomit around the toilet bowl and very expensive place to stay !!! Not to mention the cold unfriendly staff. We were a group of 20 and not one of us would recommend this place.

What a shame...!!! I had high hopes of this "hotel". We had no hot water, there was mould all in the bathroom with spiderwebs, the door leading out to the patio wasn't joined right up to its frame therefor letting mosquitos in, the steps leading up to the kabanas were broken, tiles missing from the pool, breakfast was average, staff...

Didn't particularly enjoy my stay here mainly due to finding some of the staff quite rude, not all were, just some. It's was like they couldn't be bothered and didn't enjoy working there. The room needed some renovation but nothing too drastic, bed was comfortable. There was only one plug socket in the bathroom which was really annoying as I...

My room was tiny - too many flies around the place especially at breakfast. Would not stay here again Garden chairs outside the room were filthy. No power points in the room.Air conditioning was good. Shuttle bus only goes one way - does not bring you back.
