Stayed here for 4 nights with a work colleague. We booked a room with 2 single beds but were told on arrival that they had run out so we got a queen size bed and sofa bed. I got the bed so can't complain! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant...

As a returning guest we found the place to have become very dated, musty & mouldy. The pools were cloudy/murky most days where you couldnt see the bottom. The staff were very abrupt, very unlike bali. We ended up checking out half way through our stay & into another place. Wint be in a hury to revisit unless it gets...

Paid for deluxe room only to realise after 4 days that I was given a standard room . Staff unapologetic but did move me. Pricey drinks and pool service practically non existent. Their famous $ 15 barbecue night was a joke ran out of most things within 5 minutes and took nearly an hour to replace some, note leftover breakfast...

Old and tired. Basic room facilities. Bath and shower - you can get out quick enough. A good walk to the pool and restaurants. Better to eat out as food a little like the decor. The only thing going for the place is the Legian location.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Jayakarta. We selected the hotel as we had a number of friends possibly joining us and wanted an affordable hotel that was well located. The rooms are very basic but do have large fridges and efficient air conditioning. The hotel grounds have gardens of various trees including the beautiful frangipani and...

I took my grandchildren aged 11 and 7 for the school holidays. Firstly we ordered an apartment, it was too far from the pool and action. So we were given a pool view room, it was smaller, but we only used the room to sleep in at night. We spent all day at the pool or beach or doing some...

Food a bit pricey at this resort. Great location across the road from the beach and only 20000 rup for bintang on the beach. 25000 in kuta. The accommodation is clean and reasonably priced. 3 swimming pools 2 more used by the kids so you can get away from them if you want to. Beautifully maintained gardens. Older resort than...

We booked our accomodation with the full knowledge that the Jayakarta is an older hotel. With 3 children aged 12, 10 & 7 our travel agent was briefed on an adjoining rooms requirement. Prior to our departure the agent again confirmed our requirement with the hotel. We were most pleased that on our arrival our request had been delivered. The...
