Rooms are basic and clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Unfortunately the reception staff and pool bar staff weren't friendly at all, In fact they were rude. Overall not impressed at all. Wouldn't go back.

They say you get what you pay for and I think this hotel delivers a bit more than what you pay for. Very affordable hotel and the staff really try and meet all your needs. Good size room, lovely cold pool that is very shaded with affordable drinks. Has great wifi (all over the hotel) and very nice food delivered... More

We loved this place, its not a big hotel but its in a great location. Got upgraded to a bigger room with an outside bathroom, this was super. Being right outside the pool was a bonus too. Breakfast was fine. Will be back. Staff are fantastic and very helpful.

The staff were ok but other than that, not impressed. The AC in the room wasn't cool enough, the pillows had really bad smell on them. It was my second times I stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately it will be my last.

Nice hotel in good condition. Stayed here for 7 days and it was very comfortable, house keeping done daily. Helpful staff and all rooms look out to the pool. Hotel is quite central to everything, with only $2-$3 taxi rides to the central part of Kuta, Waterbom Park etc.

My friend and I spent 8 days at the hotel. Beds really comfortable, clean & tidy rooms. Enjoyed lazing by the pool. Could do with more fruit, yoghurts etc at breakfast - quite limited. Highlight was my 2 1/2 spa treatment on the last day. Thankyou for a relaxing break.
