Great for walkers

The Neo + Kuta is a reasonably modern hotel located right in the thick of the nightclub area of Kuta.Â
If you do not like techno and loud music this probably isn't the area for you.Â
My first experience a this hotel was not good as I was put into a room that was like a steam box and the air conditioning did not work and it was so hot and stuffy. It took them a long time to address the issue telling me wait it will cool down, but I have stayed in many hotter places and the air con here was simply faulty and not working. Finally after very lengthy uncomfortable wait I was moved to another room where the air conditioning was working. There was no compensation offered for the hours wasted.
The rooms are small and compact and there is a desk with tea and coffee making facilities, and a bar fridge, however the bar fridge only keeps things at a mediocre temperature and is not cool enough. There is no safe and the slippers that were provided were ridiculously small I could only get three toes inside one, they are more of a children's size so they are useless.
The bed is okay but they only provide 2 pillows for a queen size bed

Poor housekeeping
The bathroom is small but has not been cleaned properly for months as there is a lot of discoloration and grime on the tiles, quite a common occurrence in budget mid-range hotels in Asia. The shame of pressure is average at best and the towels are a bit greyish and worn.
The air conditioning is not adjustable which is ridiculous you can't even turn it on or off with the remote control it is set to a temperature and take it or leave it, totally unacceptable in today's day and age.
They do provide Dental kits
The swimming pool area has a few some lounges and due to the design you only get good sunlight up until about 2 p.m. and then the building tends to cover it in shade.
I didn't try the food, but the drinks, (such as beers), they offered were nowhere near cold enough so they were not worth having.
I found the hotel very convenient to everything and I would have no problem recommending it to young people as it is right in the middle of the night life district & I would I have no problem staying here again.

This hotel has the most friendliest staff, so helpful and always smiling 😊 and greeting you throughout the day it was my first visit to Bali and I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I checked in. The rooms are very nice and serviced everyday. The onsite restaurant food is amazing too, I did not want to leave! Highly recommend staying here if you want a perfect location in Kuta, a hidden gem just 2mins walking distance to the main street in Kuta! 10min walk to Kuta beach! Gea and Reza keep up the great work at reception it was such a pleasure seeing your smiles each day!

This hotel is small with not a lot of space to hang clothe and the beds are small. Pool and breakfast are nothing fancy. Can get noisy in this location, be aware. Location is good fur Kuta, they have toothbrushes and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is Halal.

I went to Bali on 20 December 2019 with my family for a week, and we had booked this hotel for all 6 nights and 7 days. The reception was nice, and looked fine, but it was the rooms and the service that was very bad, and we stayed here for just 1 night, and booked another hotel for the rest of our trip. 1. The size of the rooms. We booked 4 deluxe rooms, out of which the size of 1 room was fine and it was spacious, and the rest were very small, and not at all spacious. The rest of the 3 rooms were packed, and had no space at all. Also, there were no cupboards to keep the stuff, just a small table. 2. The functioning of the AC. It was so hot, and out of 4 rooms, in 1 room, the AC was not at all working, in 2 rooms the cooling was not at all effective, and in one room, once the temperature was set, it could be changed. We called the engineer multiple times, but the issues could not be resolved. Throughout the stay of our first day, it seemed we are staying in the steam room. Also, the ACs that were somehow working, the temperature could not be adjusted, and we had to call the engineer everytime to alter the temperature EVERY SINGLE TIME. 3. Even the fridge cooling had a normal temperature, and it was not at all cold. 4. During the breakfast, we asked to warm a cup of milk, and the staff said it would chargeable! I mean come on, extra charges just to warm a cup of milk. That was ridiculous. 5. If you have to open your room's door, it was not an easy task. The knobs of all our 4 rooms was stuck, and it was playing around with the knob of the door, only then it opened.
The experience was so bad, we booked another hotel, and none of our issues got resolved. Never booking or suggesting this hotel to anyone if we visit Bali again.

The Neo + hotel Is located down a side alley right near the Bali memorial.
The hotel is a rectangular shape with the majority of the rooms looking over the centre of the Courtyard.
This is a mid range hotel and the rooms are a reasonable size and there is a bed, a safe, a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, and a midsized lcd TV which is a little outdated.
There's a convenience to just across the street and it's within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants' hotels and night life.
The location is good and because it's set rock down an alley it's quiet at night, and I would have no problem staying here again

This hotel has a strategic location from some public places such as sky garden and kuta beach. It has a beautiful swimming pool view inside the hotel. And the staffs are very friendly and also helpful especially Mr Edi. This hotel is recommended....

Besides the good location, the price and service are also excellent. Clean rooms, excellent Wifi and good breakfast. The hotel location is about 200 m from the Legian Street, so you don't hear all the noise from the night clubs.

The pool sun loungers are filthy, they need a good steam clean.
There is murky brown stains on the shower floor, not sure what housekeeping are doing??
The aircon leaks and is not cold and if you complain they send a tech who tells you there is nothing wrong with it.
There are ants and spiders in the room, my girlfriend who stayed in another room had the same issue.
Terrible hotel... could be good if all the above issues are fixed.

doesnt look like photos, staff are unhelful. rooms are ok. bar fridge is warm at best. Would pay the extra money and look for somewhere nicer,it is also noisey. check in was a mess and constant miss communication. was told i would get a refund but never happened. dodgy manager. noise from the next room whenever they turn on their water will wake you up.

Stay is very good. Rooms are very clean. Internet is fast even some disconnections inside the room but stable in the lounge area. Staff are all welcoming and full time assisting us for all our needs like adaptors extra pillows etc.
