At first glance a typically comfortable Balinese hotel with wonderful staff and beautiful gardens. The room and the bed were comfortable but dated with a shower over the bath up to chest height. We arrived on the Saturday and had a swim and then on...More
My hubby and I returned here for the third time. But this time we were very dissapointed .
The place is more run down than before and although the staff are very friendly, we didn’t have a pleasant experience. We paid for a deluxe room...More
We have popped into the Kusnadi for a couple of days for lunch, it's really lovely especially if you like the local food.
While we were there we asked to see the rooms. It's a small resort 38 rooms but has a nice pool area...More
Having stayed at this hotel numerous times, I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff are all so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are cleaned with disinfectant. The included breakfast buffet is served in covered dishes in Indonesian or western options. The restaurant...More

Yes it used to be called Rum Jungle, it first opened in the 70's and I'm told it was a pretty crazy place back then. It used to be a popular place to stay for expats and overseas visitors doing business in Bali. It's quite different now, but remains a beautiful place to stay if you're looking for a small, quiet, boutique hotel. Great rooms set around beautiful gardens and swimming pool and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
