We lunched here on our dive days in Padangbai. The food is super! Highly recommended is the ratatouille (sounds odd choice for Bali, but after a dive it was so tasty!). They do a BBQ day as well which was absolutely delicious.

We had a delicious dinner here – I can highly recommend the tofu and black mushroom surprise, the vegetarian randang, and the apple crumble and ice cream. The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate with another family and they asked us at the beginning of the meal if we wanted to split the bill then brought us two... More

We are vegetarians - and its hard to find many vegetarian options in Padang Bai - but Topi Inn had a lot of options - and we loved all of their dishes. They are also open early at 7 am which worked well for us right before our dives. We did not stay there.

Stayed here for one night before headed to Gili T. Really cool building built out of bamboo. Seems like a place for backpackers and divers. Our room was basic with a sponge mattress, fan, and mosquito net. But the breeze over the salt water was a lovely thing to sleep to. Breakfast was not so bad. I think we would've... More

Topi Inn is a nice place to have a drink in the evening. The restaurants area is beautiful and sometimes there's good live music. But prices there are very expensive!! The Topi Inn is also recommended in the Lonely Planet what helps them to get a lot guests.... Staff there was quite unfriendly and I seriously wondered about the room... More

We had lunch here after a diving trip. Quite a quirky wee place but enjoyable none the less Food was nice and fresh, with a relaxed atmosphere. There are also showers and changing rooms which are great after diving. A very big place but with heaps of books and crannys it felt nice

Even that it is a bit more expensive its a very nice place to stay for a time-out. Good drinks - good food and a place that it is very home-feeling. On the way back from the gilis we just took a short drink-stop Agadir 😉

I've read some bad reviews on Topi Inn, and while they aren't wrong about the thin walls, shared bathrooms, geckos and fog horns, for our humble tastes while seeking real culture and not some cushy vacation on our five month honeymoon, Topi Inn was absolutely wonderful. We rented the upstairs suite that the owners used to live in, with a... More

I am not usually one to write reviews but felt compelled to after our recent stay, to warn off any other potential guests! We had stayed in Padangbai the year before and we ate at Topi Inn a few times and the food seemed ok and we liked the quirkiness of the place, however the service was not great and... More

The food is extremely expensive and the tiniest portions I have ever seen. The staff didn't care there was anyone there. We had to wait a half an hour for food and then twenty minutes more for the bill. We also got margaritas which were vile. All this happened while at least 15 flies where buzzing around us. Never again.
