We didn't stay here, but the building was so unique and pretty that we stores for a look see. A very unique home for sure. I can only image that hopefully the inside is just as lovely. Right in town and very close to many historic sights.

The woman who owns this is heinous. I called three months in advance to be sure we'd have a room for one night during the Christmas season. She was a little strange on the phone, but I chalked that up to eccentricity. I should have seen the writing on the wall. She sent me a confirmation through the mail which...

Why you might want to stay here: -It was clean. We didn't notice any musty smell that other reviewers have mentioned. -Good firm mattress -Enough hot water and decent water pressure -Our room (I think it was End of Trails Suite) had a small but useable kitchen -It's quiet, no street noise at all as the carriage house is behind...

As a result of this experience I am literally turned off bed and breakfast experiences for the forsee able future. The woman in charge is clearly not mentally stable and viciously rude and condescending to boot. I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life and will never again book a place based on a brochure without checking reviews...

I travel for the government and wanted to try something new, so I chose this location. I am a professional and have traveled all around the world, both in the military and as a civilian, and have never treated so abruptly or rudely. Susan, who supposedly owns the place, hug up the phone on me several times, which eventually went...

My wife and I and our 3 children stayed in 2 rooms in the coach house. The upstairs room was a bit warm at first but it cooled down to a comfortable temperature by nightfall. The downstairs room was better temperature controlled. Both rooms smelled quite musty. The beds were comfortable and the living room and kitchen were a functional...

Serendipity is an old Victorian era house now operated as a B&B. We were in a spacious suite in the coach house, complete with its own kitchen. The entire place is crammed with antiques which might be a bit overdone for some folks, and might lend an "old" smell. (If you have a house full of antiques you'll know what...

Very nice place! The owner was very pleasant, the breakfasts were fantastic, and the suite was spacious and clean. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. My sister, my son and I had a wonderful time.

My wife and I make it a habit to try new B&D's as often as possible. For us, getting to know the hosts is often the highlight of the trip. Our stay at Serendipity, however was a rude awakening. When we checked in, we were asked to pay in advance. The host would only let us barely in the front...

I called the business to find out the availability for a night. I asked whether or not they had a hottub, the lady (who claimed she owns the bed and breakfast) replied by saying I should call around to another place.. there was no room for people like me there? what is that suppose to mean... and hung up on...
