Stayed here for two nights, booked for 4 but checked out it was so awful. Firstly there is no service, the place is abandoned. Nobody at reception not good in such a remote area. What if we were sick and needed help? Secondly my partner got an electric shock when plugging in phone cable. There was no hot water and...

Dear Customer, I would like to respond to your clipboard on the hotel. 1. I'd like to know what you mean, there is no service. The rooms are clean, the pools are attractive, the restaurant operates, the breakfasts are well served. 2. The reception staff always found in 10 meters radius, at most, to the restaurant, about 12 meters. 3....

What a beautiful property overlooking the water and a view across to Mount Rinjani, East Java. Gorgeous swimming pools and grounds. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline. We chose a bungalow for the view. Very comfortable and firm bed and spacious room. Large bathroom with a cold water shower, although there are rooms...

Stayed here 1 night in Oct 2015. Well off the beaten track but well worth the stay, lucky phones have gps nowadays. We were the only guests, husband, wife and sister and were also disappointed by the lack of food available when we arrived after dark. They did cook us a yummy Nasi Goreng for dinner. However breakfast was sufficient....

We planned to stay one night but the owner Silverio, was so accommodating to our needs that we stayed a second night. Nothing was too much trouble and the fresh caught seafood was delicious. We were even taken on a car drive to local villages to experience the real Indonesia. The hotel is set on a hill with a view...

Such a lovely spot for a Hotel! The grounds were kept beautiful during our stay. The staff were welcoming and even upgraded us from a Standard room to a Deluxe room. As per other reviews we were also the only people staying at the Hotel (we only stayed one night as we were on route to Lovina). I don't think...

Dear Customer Alice_McO, Thanks for your review. Your feedback and your suggestions will certainly be helpful. As hotel owner, I have always indicated to the staff, when customers were just a few, to ask in advance what customers want to eat at the restaurant. It is normal that with few customers can not be a wide assortment. But it is...

I cannot understand how a good hotel with such good facilities and views can be so underused to the point it looks deserted. Good rooms with modern furniture and good bathroom. Cool aircon. Bed not the most comfortable. Bar fridge (empty). We (3) stumbled across this hotel whilst exploring on motorbikes. It was deserted, two staff. We stayed one night....

The views from the hotel are simply stunning and the pool area is clean and well-maintained from what we saw over a 1 night stay. This hotel is very isolated with nothing close by so a car is essential. The rooms are beautifully furnished but the beds are rock-hard and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very basic, our room had...

Almost everytime my family go to Negara, they will stay in this hotel. Nice swimming pool, nice owner ( an Italian old couple), nice sunset view . But the room was poor, especially when the last time my fam stayed here . The flusher in the toilet didnt work, so my dad should repair the toilet for several times !...

The management of the "Bali Sunset Hotel" apologizes for the inconvenience happened. It can happen that a button stops working well. It was probably best to talk to the staff about this problem and simply ask to change the room. Currently, all rooms are checked daily, as well as the cleaning is pushed to the highest levels. Much is our...

We stayed for three nights over Easter and were the only guests at this lovely resort which is in need of some tender, loving care and an injection of funds to realise the potential which is waiting to be unleashed.
