We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our honeymoon. It is fantastic, the scenery is impressive, service is top notch and food was great. ROOMS - Very nice, amazing views and clean. You will occasionally run into bugs, but this is what you get if you stay in the middle of the jungle. The plunge pool can be heated...

This hotel is in a intriguing setting amongst the jungle and vines which is very fun, but the rooms and property overall are a little disappointing. We stayed in a Pool villa and the room was a little tired. The floors creaked, the plumbing was old and did not function well, and, the bedding and furnishing were was very average...

Excellent staff, great hotel and great destination! we went there on July 2013 for honeymoon and I truly recommend it. Staff is highly attendant and always on service. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. Only small detail is that climate in the region is extremely humid so sleep can be uncomfortable some times, some night we feel bad odors on the...

This hotel is simply stunning. Right from the attentive welcome from the staff through to the tiniest of details. We we're lured away from the craziness of Kuta for some chill time in the jungle and this hotel really delivered. The headline grabbing feature infinity pool lived up too it's infamously Facebook and Pinterest fame but once that's been experienced...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for four nights in August 2013. Ubud Hanging Gardens is beautifully situated on a hillside with the lobby being at the top and the rest of the hotel below the lobby level all the way down to the valley. Nonetheless, guests are not required to use stairs as the hotel has two...

I didn't actually stayed overnight so I can't say anything about the rooms, but back in early August, I spent a couple of days in and around the restaurant taking hundreds of photos of the luxuriant vegetation and the breathtaking scenery set in the tropical forest. Food and wine were absolutely gorgeous, and so were the swimming pools especially at...

From check-in to check-out we loved staying here. Each villa is beautifully appointed and the entire resort is perched on a mountain ridge overlooking trees across from a temple that seems to defy gravity. Swimming in our private infinity pool was surreal. Add fabulous service and the experience was first rate. The resort is about 30 min from UBUD center...

Orient Express Hanging Gardens is a true jewel in the jungle. They have a 4 to one staff ratio and a funicular to take you up and down the valley. Most suites have private plunge pools and there is a spectacular pool overlooking the river. They certainly have the most exciting romantic dining possibilities including a private candlelit dinner at...

We stayed here to take a break from seminyak. The hotel, rooms, service and scenery are all superb. One struggles to think what they could do better. I especially liked the individual pool villas, which provide pure relaxation in absolute privacy. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Travellers should realize that there is not much to do...
