My brother took us to Senetan and we immediately fell in love with the place and the people. Everyone is so kind, loving and helpful- you just feel at home the moment you walk into reception. The owners is involved and hands on - thank you DEWI for making our stay so special. The villa with private pool is so beautiful and romantic - we spent quite day in a villa. The food and the service was excellent. I would like to recommend this place to everyone traveling to Bali it is close to Ubud and the hotel have a shuttle service to Ubud.

We spent 4 nights at Senetan, and were very sad to leave so soon! The villa was clean, spacious and luxurious - the private pool was a particular highlight. All staff were wonderful, from the restaurant, to the spa, to the reception, and really made our trip feel extra special. They made it very easy to arrange free transport into Ubud, and a driver to take us to nearby destinations we wanted to explore. Would highly recommend to couples looking for a relaxing jungle stay with option to visit Ubud and surrounding areas!

This is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Incredible walks on your doorstep through villages and rice fields. The hotel has incredible staff who cannot do enough for you. The Spa gives great massages. It's a place to relax and forget the worries of the world.

We stayed in the Senetan Villas for 6 days and we loved it. Its located in the middle of the forrest and its perfect to relax and calm down. 100% privacy. Its a bit outside of ubud centre, but they provide a daily shuttle for free.

Stayed 4 nights in 1 bedroom private pool villa. The complex is very pretty but is in need of some general maintenance in some areas. The staff were excellent service was great and the food in the restaurant was very good. There is a shuttle provided into Ubud 3 times daily. The bathroom of the villa was outside so you are exposed to bugs all the time in there, the toilet was covered in ants every night. The biggest problem however is bugs, we are not scared of creepy crawlies per se but the bug situation is a whole other level here, there are large gaps around the windows and doors and a whole plethora of bugs just wandered on in, we didn't have one undisturbed night, massive spiders, swarms of flying ants, frogs, hammerhead worms the list goes on. The staff were very good at trying to deal with them but we were glad when our last day came round.…

Excellent staff very kind and helpful always smiling. This villa is very isolated but that’s the beauty of it!! Lots of interesting jungle noise. Bed very comfortable, lovely private pool, it has everything you need. Food is good, you can have all meals served at your villa, Free shuttle to Ubud takes around 30 minutes. Free bikes for you to explore. Highly recommend the bike ride from Batur volcano to ubud, get to see real Bail with lunch at the end. No need to pedal it’s all down hill! We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it.

This is a really great place to relax and chill out, you are in the middle of the Forest away from everything except nature. The staff are so attentive always ready to help and serve. Great food again always served with a smile. The hotel needs some love and attention but take this as a home from home experience not a hotel as it has a real family feel.

Fabulous staff, comfy bed, good food. Massages excellent. Definitely go to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Monkey Forest. A day in Ubud is a must, check out The Coconut Shop, best ice cream EVER! Owner drove us personally to our next destination, such a friendly, helpful lady.

Me and my husband booked this place for our Silver Wedding Anniversary and requested to have a small preparation but when we arrived, we were surprised on how much effort they’ve put in. We were also able to upgrade our room to villa with pool.

My partner and I really enjoyed our few days at Senetan. It was my partners 25th birthday during our time here and they were so accommodating towards this as they provided us with a cake, petals and a song. We then had a couples massage after! The food here was lovely and so tasty. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face (especially the ones in the restaurant) We would definitely come here again (when we can) ! Loved it! Tia Xx
