An upper range business hotel, which means a small room, but relatively high quality appointments - charging cable, wifi, Tv, toiletries, shower, bed and bedding are all above usual grade. On site parking is limited, and first in best dressed, but the hotel provides a free option that's a ten minute walk away. The breakfast is quite good, and the...

FO staff was very helpful. Room service was unavailable, went to the restaurant. Restaurant staff needs improvement on English. Food was fantastic. We missed out on the 10% discount because we forgot to utilized the discount vouchers given during checked in. One of the Best bath selection from all the hotels among our 16 days trip. Different sachets of bath...

We stayed a night to break up the trip from Furano to Kushiro and also to taste the popular butadon (pork rice bowl). Didn't manage to reach before the shop closes at 7pm for the 2 popular choices in my list. Anyway, with the recommendation from the hotel's helpful staff, we managed to taste the butadon which to us was...

This hotel is set up somewhat weird. The reception is at the first floor (2nd floor in Japanese), instead of at the ground floor. The ground floor is occupied by a restaurant that serves the breakfast for the hotel. The Front Desk staff that helped us spoke fluent English (along with French, Russian, Chinese and Japanese) which greatly streamlined the...

See below for the Good and Bad 1. Location. hotel just opposite to Obihiro station if you need to take the train. There is one...

This August, it was challenging to book a hotel room in Obihiro since many hotels blocked rooms for "package tours" plus there was a national youth football championship happening there. We went over our budget for this hotel, but though it was worth it! The location was excellent (right in front of the JR station), their services were also outstanding...

Nice to have a double bed rather than 2 singles taking up too much space. All clean and new with very good checkin Standout was in house restaurant for nicely priced food with western touch for the homesick Eg grilled chicken with garlic bread sounds a bit funny but when coming off onsen breakfasts it was great

Room is tiny, but double bed size is adequate, quite comfortable. Breakfast area is extremely small, table close together and close to food place, feel crowded. Better to be seat next to window, otherwise you can't breathe. Ask reception prepare 2 door cards for you, because hotel will lock the lift after 12pm, it is inconvenience for group of friends.

Very very small room even by japan standard. Booked a double room and find that the bed is only of full size with one side of the bed against the wall. This makes getting on and out of bed a challenge. Room is clean but noisy as it faces the Obihiro JR station. You could hear the station announcement from...

A decent, modern (by Japanese standard) hotel in an excellent location. Right opposite the Obihiro JR Station, it is also a few minutes away from the busy restaurant area where you can easily find what you want to eat. Rooms are small (which is OK) as we only needed to stay there for 10 hours before we truly commenced our...
