We stayed in a Beach Villa with Jacuzzi which we loved. The semi-outdoor bathroom and enclosed back garden gave the already spacious room an even more spacious feeling. The Beach Villas (unlike the Water Villas) are completely detached and private. Each one is staggered so you don't really see or hear your neighbors. We tried 8 of the 9 a...

We traveled to Kuramathi last year (Novemebr-December 2015). We chose this island for these reasons: 1. It is not very small so man cannot easily get bores as we were told for other very small islands 2. Due to his size is safer if a tsunami strikes 3. Has many trees and vegetation (is not only the bungalows and the...

This is an amazing resort never seemed crowded even though there is a large staff and number of guests. There is a good range of a accommodation to suit budgets, but all are very good. It was a memorable completely relaxing fortnight...

My husband and I had the best time of our lives at Kuramathi. We enjoyed some amazing activities such as snorkelling and a couples massage. The staff is incredibly humbling and beyond professional. We noticed how immaculate service was and everything from the sand to the trees to our room was so cleanly. It couldn't have been more perfect. Anyone...

We had visited Maldives before and were sad to say disappointed with Kuramathi but purely from a personal point of view. It was far too modern for us with only a few traditional villas. We booked a Water Villia which was great as you had steps into the sea but they all looked like grey modern sheds not a pleasant...

We spent our honeymoon at Kuramathi in February 2015 and I'm convinced there is no better place for a honeymoon than the Maldives! Turquoise lagoons and stunning sandbanks - the perfect place to watch a sunset... Just breath-taking! Right from the start, we were greeted warmly to the resort with a welcome drink. We chose a'la carte water villa with...
