Pleasing facade, old world interiors, charming. Friendly and helpful staff, special mention for Milant and Ramesh. They provide driver's accommodation and meals at no charge which is a great advantage. Located centrally. They have a bar and serve Chinese for dinner. Rooms are spacious, TV is insignificantly small, can barely view it from the bed. The weather doesn't require air con,...

Not a great entrance, but once inside the period furniture and artifacts beckon you.Very cosy place with few rooms with modern fittings. Food is good and reasonably prticed. Well stocked bar. Shortly this hotel will be demolished and new one will come up in its place

Smelly, mouldy, cold, wifi hardly ever working. Definitely not worth the money. We even left a (fully paid) night early, just to get away (our friends wanted to do the same but they fell sick due to the hotel's food...)

The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but is a little bit old inside. They don't have heaters, but were able to provide extra pillows and blanquets to us. It's a cozy place, it worth the money, but I had higher expectations about the rooms. I think they need to improve them a little.

Good hotel, the lunch was nothing much to talk about, just the basic Chinese cuisine. We returned to have a drink at the bar the same evening. Very good choice and they had a very good selection of wines and all types of liquors. The bar keeper was a very energetic young boy who was ever willing serve us. Had...

Of all the places we stayed on our trip this was the one I was looking forward to most......it failed to meet any expectation in spectacular fashion. From the pictures you imagine a quaint colonial hotel in picturesque surroundings. In reality in reality it is now overshadowed by a huge construction site which operates 24hrs a day (queue no sleep)....

An old Victorian hotel, wood panelling and creaky floors. Bathrooms and plumbing in a desperate need for an upgrade. Staff were so helpful and freindly and the food was really really good on a chinese theme. A huge construction going up opposite kinda spoiled the atmosphere.
