(+) This is a little guest house nestled high up on St. Andrew's road. Getting there is quite a climb, but it is away from the busy city and the area around Lake Gregory which can get very crowded especially over a long weekend. It is peaceful and clean and the staff are helpful. The food too (we only had...

I booked this hotel based on trip advisor review and I agree hotel had amazing view of mountains from its balcony. This hotel is located in the outskirt of city, approximately 5 kilometer from city center and road to hotel is very narrow with sharp turns making it risky business to reach the hotel by four wheeler. Further we had...

The hotel is located in a serene location but the staff was rude and didn't bother us to help us much. We had requested to pack our breakfast and it was packed in a very unhygienic condition which we literally had to throw it away in the dustbins. Apart from that the sandwiches were stale. Had ordered coffee one night...

From TripAdvisor it looked ok but it was pretty dodge really. It's quite far out the way and the road is a bit hairy - if you do come here please don't attempt by Tuk Tuk! The place is very smelly. Not sure what it was but the whole place had the same stink and it wasn't pleasant at all....

The positives first, great sized room with large floor to ceiling windows and fabulous views. Large bathroom. Clean with friendly staff and fast WiFi available in the communal area (lounge dining area). The down side is that this place is a long way from town and is not signposted, you need to follow the signs for misty view tours. The...

The room was spacious and had a great panoramic view of the mountains surrounding Nuwara Eliya. Warm shower and a great bed. I had to spend a full day in bed with a fever and nausea and the owner brought me tea and soup. How nice! It is however quite a walk up the hill on the edge of the...

The views and rooms are amazing, the staff quite helpful. The location is a bit of a pain and you have to hire a tuk tuk every time you have to visit anywhere else, but if you just want to bunker down in your room, the views from the rooms are unparalleled. You get the complete view of Nuwara Eliya...
