If you can try to avoid weekends, the hotel rates are higher and way too crowded. We booked the more expensive rooms with your own hot spring tubs in the room with a view, but our view was the apartment in front of the hotel. I went and check with the front desk ,and was told there is no view...

We visited during the Taiwan long weekend in Feb. Lots of families came and they hosted many activities for families. It's good for people who want a 20 minutes hot spring, rest a bit, join some fun activities by the hotel, dinner, then a short session again.Good for kids too. Hotspring water available in all their rooms. 5mins walk from...

Good: Awesome outdoor onsen and very comfy bed and pillow. Decent value for the money Need improvement: No small towel for outdoor onsen and location and dinner buffet was average. One of the best outdoor onsen pools in Taiwan but sadly they don't provide small towel. Dinner selection was not comparable to Hotel Royal

Was deciding between Evergreen and Wellspring and glad I chose this. The hotel was truly 5 star and its helpful and thoughtful staff from all departments really made my stay memorable. The hotel will suit families more than couples. I feel that I'm paying a lot more for facilities that I didn't use. But a luxurious hot spring water soak...

This is a nice resort for families. It has a variety of hot spring baths and a big pool. Once checked in you need hardly go anywhere but enjoy your time there. There is also a small park close by where one can enjoy free "foot" hotspring. The room is spacious and nice too. Would like to visit it again.

很棒的旅館!在兩個月內去了兩次,房間非常乾淨,特別是落地窗台的和室桌椅,可以一邊泡茶一邊欣賞山景!溫泉池也很多種選擇,還有親子DIY可以免費參加! I have visited twice in 2months, great service, great rooms and fully equipped spa facilities, strongly recommended! I have received a lovely cake for my birthday, and surprisingly the whole mini bar is free of charge! Variety of choices for breakfast, very enjoyable!

Don't let the exterior of this hotel fool you, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, we went back for a 2nd stay one year after. We went during Chinese New Year and there were tons of activities to keep everyone busy from craft DIY, shows, games, etc. There were lots of facilities for children as well as...

Great family oriented resort hotel. Have a wide selection of hot spring pools. And the hotel also offers activities to do for kids inside the hotel. My boy loves this place. Hotel staffs were attentive and courteous. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast included had a wide variety. The hotel located in a quiet street yet it is within 10...

We checked in on Christmas day thinking that probably the property will be empty but we were wrong. The property was still full of patrons. The patrons were a mix -- people from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and some other western countries. This really is a property managed with a strategy with international patrons in mind. Our room was...

This hotel is part of a large chain of hotels run by the Evergreen brand. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived, when we went for dinner and breakfast the next day, they always took the initiative to make arrangements to ensure that our entire tour group would have sufficient seats and to help to clear...
