We did not stay in the hotel overnight. We did eat at the Thanksgiving evening buffet. It was not great food but the ambiance was nice and the food OK. Probably the best in town for a holiday when most restaurants are closed.

Was a bit skeptical to make reservations as I know the hotel is very old. However, our room and bath were totally updated. Fresh paint, new carpet and furniture. Staff very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Can not comment on food as we did not dine in hotel.

The Arlington is an old and world famous hotel. Everyone from Babe Ruth to Al Capone would stay here. A large building at the end of bath house row in old downtown Hot Springs. If you like history and nostalgia this will be a treat for you. We love downtown Hot Springs and this hotel is right in the middle...

Just arrived and very disappointed. The hotel COULD be amazing but it is not. There is old and then there is RUN DOWN and this is RUN DOWN. Very rusty heater in the room, window sill detached from window with ex posed rusty nails and the comforter is all clumpy and lumpy. Spoke with Aaron the front desk manager and...

Stayed here when taking my daughter to camp. I love staying at old hotels with history when I can. The Hotel has seen better days, but everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. I did feel that the concierge sent us to a more expensive restaurant that was just so-so.

They were building a gingerbread house in the lobby during our visit, so fun to see the progress over 4 days! It is an older hotel and could use some TLC, but the whole staff was very friendly, helpful and gave great service, from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping, security, the waitstaff in the dining room and...

This is a tricky review to do. The Arlington Hotel is a grand old lady, one that use to be wealthy but still is a classy lady, blue hair and all. What do I mean by this? The old ladies clothes are worn and frayed, but clean for the most part … the hotel most definitely old, worn and in...

Cool historic and beautiful. Service is great. The restaurant breakfast was very enjoyable. After that, this hotel needs some clean up. Room walls are thin and we could hear crowds on the street from our fifth floor room during the night. You can hear neighbor room conversations and the air/heat is centralized so you do not have much control of...

Had a room blocked for a wedding we were attending... Approximately July 2014 so I'm hoping some things have changed since. On the way to our first room the hallway got more humid as we walked and the smell of sewage got increasingly worse. We asked to be relocated... Though the smell was better the condition of the room was...
