My husband and I were taken in by the pictures online and the quaint, picturesque lobby. Our hopes were dashed as soon as we walked through the door of our room. The room was very plain and uninviting, without so much as a curtain at the window or a picture on the wall. When we turned on the water, the...

The hotel is located right next to the national park area. My family enjoyed strolling the mountain area and the Bathhouse Row with my dog. It was a relaxing trip and the hotel staffs were kind and friendly. The hotel requires major renovation as mentioned by previous reviewers. This hotel is really cheap considering its convenient location. The rooms are...

Horrible, old, broken elevator, questionable staff. When we discovered it was NOT somewhere I would feel safe staying we asked to cancel. No money back. Would not even cancel 2nd night. We ate the cost but was worth not having nightmares staying there.

Still undergoing remodel, the staff went the extra mile to assure our comfort and needs were met. A boutique hotel with much personality. We asked the front desk for guidance in finding a real Arkansas ham to take home and she gave us the address and phone number for a smokehouse about 20 miles away for our purpose. The main...

We stayed here in the past. The shower was old and dark, you couldn't see to take a shower. There were lady bugs all over the place. The walls were so thin you could hear the unmentionable activity going on next door. There was suppose to be a continental breakfast; however, it just consisted of some bear claws pastries still...

We went to hotspring in May and stayed here for two nights. The hotel is an old buidling with old AC system and old furnitures. The carpet is also a little dirty. Mattress is a little old, but at least blanket is clean. The room is not in a good quality, but since the price is much more reasonable than...

The hotel is historic but old may be a better word. The lobby is nice, the elevator chugged along like a freight elevator. The rooms are small with paper thin walls. The shower stall was very small and the shower head was less than conventional. The location is great, right in the national park and within walking distance to downtown,...

When you pay little don't expect perfection, however, do smile when you get more than you thought you would. Yes, the rooms may be small and furniture may be dated...but they were clean and CHEAP!! Yes, the shower was small, but being of stocky nature I found them fine and yes, the water did take a while and never really...

My husband and I stayed here last minute for a night. We took what they had left and were mostly pleasantly surprised. It's an old, charming hotel in a good location with a super-friendly staff and the price was right. My one complaint was the awful bed! I'm not sure how old it was but it was so wobbly that...

Built in 1929, this hotel still retains much of its delightful character. While it may lack the modern conveniences of a mini fridge, room safe or microwave, the front desk personnel were incredibly helpful (shout out to Matt!!), the bed was comfortable and the room offered lots of closet and drawer space for our belongings. The location, just off of...
