Agree with previous posters. Lovely hosts, great stay, nice grounds. We got the last room which was a suite and it was large and quite. Comfy sleep, not far from town but did drive as it was pretty hot.

As travelers on a budget, the reasonable rates were what first attracted us to this inn. We try to avoid noisy, crowded, overpriced chain hotels, so this was the perfect place for us. We stayed for a weekend, and really enjoyed it. The place was quaint and so quiet. It was very clean....spotless, actually! You can park right in front...

Stayed here for two night with my wife Sarah, Never have I been greeted so warmly at an hotel before. The owners where welcoming and gave me great information about the area. I would tell anyone visiting this area who is looking for a lovely place to stay at a really fair price to stay here. I wish the owners...

Room was spotless and the bathroom immaculate. The decor is very charming. There is a garden with books to sit in and a very nice outdoor pool. The best part of this boutique hotel are the owners. So thoughtful and pleasant. Made our last minute trip a lot nicer than it could have been! Thanks so much.

This place was great for my family. We have 2 teen girls that were content hanging out in the room or the quiet grassy area playing on their phones. In the evening you could see fireflies in the back shaded area. They have plenty of seating with cushions. We would have coffee there in the am and wine in the pm....

Love the Alpine Inn! Warm and friendly and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN - even the duvet covers are laundered for each new guest. And, four wonderful pillows on my bed! I slept so well! A basketful of baked goods, along with juice and coffee are provided in your room - doesn't get any better! It's a real gem. Best place to...

Everything was clean and cozy, the room and grounds are well taken care of. That said, we were made to feel very uncomfortable. We had a booking error and honestly I might have preferred they just canceled it, because we felt not accommodated but perhaps tolerated. It's a hotel, you rent rooms to people, and people are stupid lazy slobs....

The booking error you refer to was your failure to declare the actual number of guests for the room. Had you included your kids then the online reservation system would have told you that you had exceeded by two the maximum number of guests for the King room you booked. At check in you still failed to declare the actual...

This place is so nice. Very clean and very comfortable. Close to downtown and convenient to all the places you want to see. Great price too! If you're looking for fancy, plush or upscale, might not be the place for you, but in our case the quaint, quiet, and homey feel is what we loved.

This is a lovely property, run by a wonderful couple. My daughter stayed one night on our way east and immediately knew that we'd be visiting Hot Springs and the Alpine Inn on her next school break. The room was comfortable and inexpensive. Each room has a theme, very bed and breakfast, and very tastefully done. It is an older...

Don't be fooled by the old school motel layout. The owners have done a great job of fixing up the rooms. The rooms were much nicer than the Park hotel's which I would avoid. In the back is a nice little area to hang out and chill. It's not right downtown but closer than Comfort Inn. Bathrooms could use a...

“I like the separate cottage or the main house for a more old world feel.”
  • Back view of the main house where we stayed. Notice the Balcony and covered parking.
  • Standard early 1900s size bathroom. Would be tight for larger people.
